For stays over 30 days, there is a $250 monthly utility fee. We provide starter essentials, but long-term guests will need to buy their own toiletries after that.

Monthly Extermination Notice
There is a mandatory monthly extermination. We will always notify you in advance of the scheduled visit. The service is quick and helps keep the home clean, safe, and pest-free for every guest.

To respect our quiet residential neighborhood, parties and smoking are strictly prohibited.

A $350 damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules may result in charges against this deposit.
