I booked a room with two beds for my stay, but when I arrived, only one bed was provided. When I brought this up to the front desk, the staff member was apologetic but didn’t seem too concerned. He simply mentioned it would take too long to bring another bed. There wasn’t any effort to come up with a solution, which was frustrating. While I understand mistakes happen, the lack of effort to resolve the issue left me disappointed. Not the experience I was expecting from a hotel that I had trusted for a comfortable stay.

Stayed at this hotel since it was within close proximity to an event my family and i were attending. Check in was easy and the room was nice and very clean. It was in a quiet area as well. Will definitely stay again.

The receptionist on Saturday on April 26th 2025 when we checked in at 3 pm wasn’t really friendly had a bad attitude. The refrigerator did not work so our food went bad .

The hotel is showing its age, the rooms are run down, the ac/heating unit in the room wasn’t working the furniture was old and showed signs it needs to be updated. Breakfast wasn’t great either.

A good experience at an awesome hotel

Hotel is amazing. Very nice when you walk in. Very friendly people at the desk and check in was fast. Room we stayed was cleaned and beautiful. Had small fridge,Keurig coffee, microwave, nice samsung tv small sofa,desk and a chair. Bathroom was very nice and had shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash and many more thing.Just wish it was cheaper so I can stay more than 2days.
