These people kept my 100.00 deposit claiming they "smelled"cigarette smoke upon cleaning the room. I do not smoke and my boyfriend smoked outside. Did it ever occur to them that smoke lingers on clothing? he never smoked in the room

Well for starters I don’t know that booking on line and the room being all paid up would still prompt the hotel to ask me for a cash deposit, and being in a room all night with no heat was insane. Thank god my beautiful wife kept me warm all night. Otherwise the room was really clean and that’s always a plus. But I would definitely recommend.

We were situated in a room next to a very loud family with a crying child for our 1 night stay. I did not sleep well at all, as a result. With the hotel not full at all, was it necessary t place us directly next to another occupied room?
