Suprisingly wonderful. The hotel is being renovated and the new decor is beautiful. Because of the renovation, there was no breakfast on site, but there are plenty of room laces to eat within a short distance.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the free shuttle would take us to the Amtrak station in the morning. When we came down the following morning, the driver picked us up, and started to take us to the airport. We told him we needed to go to the Amtrak station, and he told us that his manager would have to approve it. After driving back to the hotel, the manager said that she wouldn't approve it and that the clerk the following evening was wrong. We had to order a Lyft, and consequently missed our train, resulting in us taking a Greyhound bus home. The management at this facility doesn't care about the customer, quite obviously. Also, the north tower elevator is a death trap.

The only nice thing about this hotel was the newly renovated lobby. The television in my room did not work, and there was no airport shuttle service as advertised. The cleanliness in the hallways was unacceptable, and housekeeping never came to my room or offered assistance during my entire stay. Each time I contacted the front desk, no accommodations were made—only a brief apology. I would not recommend this hotel until the transition in ownership and management is fully complete.

Was there 2 nights. Tv did not work. Was informed no cable connection. Staff informed me they would contact general manager and have not heard back from them. Its been 2 days. Ants in the room as well. Hallways looked as if they hadnt been vacuumed in weeks. Room across the hall went unattended all weekend. The rokm door was somehow left open ALL weekend. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. possibly never a Wyndham again. The lobby was the most beautiful thing however it was like crossing over from Texas into Mexico because once you pass the lobby it gives 1 star vibes
