This hotel does nog earn the level 9 for many reason There is no gift shop or any other way to obtain items forgotten or needed. 1 vending machine for the whole hotel on the first floor. Drinks only and was not working when we were there. Lastly the neighborhood is sketchy ans I was not comfortable to be outside. Hotel was clean, rooms good size and price reasonable O'd give it a 7 out of 10

There were roaches in my room. I informed the front desk they told me they just had it inspected which means there were a lot of them. They changed my room but I was not comfortable if there are roaches in one room they are in all.

I had a great stay at the Highbridge Hotel. The staff was friendly and professional, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Parking was $30/night.

Highbridge Hotel: A Fantastic Stay! ​The Highbridge Hotel offers a truly excellent stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the water pressure is on point—always hot, which made a huge difference. The staff are incredibly nice, approachable, and always ready to help. ​One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was really good and a great start to the day. The location is also perfect for anyone needing to get to downtown Manhattan quickly. ​Most importantly, I felt very safe during my stay. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk with professional staff who are very attentive about who enters the building. Overall, it's a clean, modern, and secure spot that I’d definitely recommend.
