This hotel does nog earn the level 9 for many reason There is no gift shop or any other way to obtain items forgotten or needed. 1 vending machine for the whole hotel on the first floor. Drinks only and was not working when we were there. Lastly the neighborhood is sketchy ans I was not comfortable to be outside. Hotel was clean, rooms good size and price reasonable O'd give it a 7 out of 10

Amazing hotel. All The staff members are very friendly And gently. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and absolutely beautiful and clean. I recommend this hotel 100 % and otherwise the area is very nice with a good restaurants and barbershop too. This is my second time staying there and going to do it again. Thanks for the best service to me.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast was excellent, the room was excellent, the location is a little bit out of the way, but if you get on the four train, you can be right downtown in no time. I will definitely stay there again.

The room was horrible then what they normally give. The heater made noise all time, the fridge didn’t work, the room smelled funny. They gave us hangers to hang coat, my fur was pulling on the hanger because it wasn’t an actual closet with a bar just hooks on the wall. I will never stay here again. Stayed on second floor before way better. But just because of this cheap looking room and those things ai will Pass!!

There were roaches in my room. I informed the front desk they told me they just had it inspected which means there were a lot of them. They changed my room but I was not comfortable if there are roaches in one room they are in all.

I was a little skeptical at first honestly. I drove to NY from NH and I was scared about the parking but they do have a garage for $30 which is reasonable for NY. The service desk gentleman assisted me and was very kind and informative. The room was VERY clean and it was very quiet through out the night. The breakfast was a whole spread from 6-10am and throughout the hotel it was very clean. Over all I’m impressed and definitely would stay here again and would recommend!
