Wonderful staff
We had to come to Brooklyn for a death in the family and stayed at the William Vale. The staff has been wonderful and empathetic. Very efficient and polite. The room was wonderful and comfortable. I can’t say enough about our stay here except under these sad circumstances the people we met with in the Hotel were the best.

The hotel and room was clean? The balcony view was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was very good. However, the size of the Gotham suite with balcony was smaller than I expected . Overall, would recommend .

I love the Gotham View. I did not like the communication when it came to me taking professional pictures on the property not only did, but I also reach out 2week prior to Reversation and no response the security was a little hostile about me taking the picture. If I book a stay and spend my hard-earned money, why can't I take pictures on the property?
