Front desk staff was very professional and personable during check in and check out. Housekeeping staff we're also very kind when i saw them in the hallways. The location is extremely convenient if you are travelling by train as i was.

from Airport, in advance I sent emails but no reply. I was so frustrated. Then at the Newark airport, I could find the place where shuttle stop. On the way back, to airport, every 30 minutes there was a service and thankfully the staff drive me to the airport.
