Horrible, do not stay here. Dirty, checked in late and was woken up by banging early. Hole in curtain, fire alarm broken. Hallways smell of smoke and weed. Witness a car accident as well. AVOID AT ALL COST. FYI, no breakfast just coffee bar

The queen bed studio was ok but would have been better if maybe it had a KING size bed?? I didn't like that the remote wasn't working properly.

Reception desk not good. Not so clean and taxis super expensive to reach the hotel they should have a shuttle to the airport that runs more frequently.

I did the reservetion for 2 persons, and was not enough soap not towels. The blankets smell so bad. Next day i was looking for breakfast room but thats only coffe and muffing that is not breakfast for me.

Staff was despondent, spoke fast and acted as though they were overworked. Room's phone did not work and bed spread was full of stains. Staff did not share that we should ASK for dishes, utensils, pots and we stay 2 nights. I only overheard a NEW guest services staff person mention it to another guest when we were checking out.

The whole place smells of cigarettes. I had a non smoking room and the cigarette smell was prevalent in the room. In addition I never received a copy of the statement, and they placed an extra charge ony card that was not authorized. Staff acted like it was a major inconvenience to help guests.

Only ok...

Snagged a room here before a snowstorm. I felt lucky to get the room, but would have liked a little higher quality. The accommodations are very basic and acceptably clean. My only complaint is that the airport shuttle service doesn’t start until 7a and I had to be at airport at 5:30.
