"Very handy for the stadium and student parents staying over. Only stayed one night for a nearby wedding so didn't really use any of the facilities. We moved rooms as club across the road is so noisy, it can be heard in the front rooms. Second room was a big upgrade and very quiet. Staff were very helpful in this respect. Avoided breakfast at £19.00 each and walked to the Greggs instead. Parked at the Temple car park which was very reasonable but not ideal if you are unable to walk too far or have lots of bags."

"This hotel is old and a little shabby around the edges but it’s full of character and charm. What makes me return year after year are the FABULOUS staff! They are all so friendly and caring and helpful. Location is great directly accessible from train/metro stations."
