Enjoy this newly remodeled Luxury 2 bdrm, 2.5 bath condo in a natural park-like setting near the beach. You have the entire END UNIT home to yourselves up and downstairs meaning no one above you. It's a nice quiet area with tranquil grounds outside your door. You can walk/jog and explore the nature preserve habitat of this area or you can walk/bike the River trail to the beach. Your retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the beach community, yet close enough to enjoy the beach atmosphere and beach breezes on your terms. New A/C Air conditioning & heating was added last year!
You have 20 miles of beachfront bike paths to explore along the Gold Coast of Orange County. Return home to your community heated Pool and Jacuzzi in your private canyon getaway. BBQ at your complex pool area or in the privacy of your patio and enjoy your home away from home.
This condo comes with it all including all-new cooks kitchen and newly remodeled bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is large with a South Pacific theme. The 2nd bedroom is smaller with a beautiful modern silver/grey bedroom design. Both bedrooms are upstairs with their own bathrooms and the master has smart TV. Plus there is a half bath downstairs. The downstairs living room has large TV with external speaker and fireplace for ambiance in the fall and winter.
We provide beach chairs, bikes, beach umbrellas, coolers, and all you need to relax. It's a short drive to upscale Newport Beach shopping at Fashion Island and close to the eclectic westside stores of Costa Mesa. Newport Harbor is nearby for paddleboard, kayaking, boating, and restaurants. Lots of places to rent all you need for watersports. Newport and Huntington Beaches are a short drive to park at Beach Parking. Downtown Huntington is a great place to spend a day exploring or go to Tuesday night Farmers Market and Taco Tuesday. Mariners Mile and world-class restaurants are only minutes away from your doorstep!
VACATION HOSTESS: You will have a vacation hostess during your stay for any questions about the property or about the area. We enjoy helping others find their way around and making recommendations to our favorite restaurants and lots of fun things to do.
Our property is immaculately kept, well maintained, very clean, and allergen-free. Our back gate and front door now have ring door bells which have video recordings for your protection.
All renters must sign rental agreement, provide ID and be over the age of 25.
