Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices available and coffee in the lobby was exceptional (rich and not watered down...even the decaf!) One piece of constructive feedback: I have arthritis and very small hands. I had difficulty with the squeeze bottles in the bathroom for lotion, soap, etc...perhaps this could be looked at; also as my husband was with me he was able to assist and I did not need to request any assistance from Guest Services. We would definitely visit this hotel again if we are in the Chicopee area. "
