Expedia organises my stress free holiday but failed to inform me that my Bali flight left before the hotel check out date. Amateurism on their part. Extremely disappointed with Expedia. We normally make our own arrangements. But due to a close family bereavement we put our trust in Expedia to arrange our travel plan. Yes ok I should have done a forensic assessment of their planning. But the fact is that they sold me a holiday where the return flight left before the hit checkout. It cost me £2000 extra to get home. I want compensation

Beautiful resort in beautiful location. 4/5 due to smoking was allowed in/near restaurant and we had small kids and don’t smoke. No towel racks or make up mirror on bathroom and upon check out out luggage cart never came so we had to take it all ourselves quite a fair way. Amazing staff and great bed and A/C

Do Not Stay Here! The place is beautiful, the staff is friendly, the food is good. However, these are pre-requisites for Nusa Dua. Logistics at this hotel are a nightmare. If you are looking for quiet, rest, or relaxation, this is not the place to find any of these things. I reached out to the hotel for 5 Days to try to schedule a pick up from the airport - I wound up getting my own taxi ride. There are incessant bamboo drums playing all day. It may seem quaint at first, but see how you feel after 5 days of not being able to hear yourself think. The walls are paper thin and there are unmonitored children running around, screaming, yelling , and banging furniture at all hours of the night. Any trip you make to reception should be planned in advance. Be prepared to be there for 30-40 minutes, no matter the reason. This place has the chaos factor of a bag full of cats all on roller skates. I will be back to Nusa Dua in 3 months and will Definitely Not be back to Merusaka.
