"Love the hotel and the staff. The breakfast buffet was great. Lots of different options. Wish it had an outdoor pool, but the outdoor terrace was very nice surprise. If I had to go back to Hamilton, I will definitely go back and stay there"

"Upon arrival check in was flawless with no issues. The man who checked us in gave us all the information we needed. He told us about the amenities, the restaurant, how to reach out if needing anything. The check-in took about 5 minutes. The hotel was really clean, not just our room but also the courtyard area, pool, main lobby, restaurant area and the bathrooms. The hotel staff were very approachable, ready to help out, and super friendly. The hotel is also very accessible for those who have accessibility needs. The coffee at the restaurant was perfect, a little expensive but very good. I stayed 2 nights and have no complaints. Check-out was under a minute, with no issue. Highly recommend and will be back :)"

"Someone from the next door was talking too loud at 1 am and in the early morning coughing a lot. The guy at reception was nice and give a breakfast option but I didn’t have a chance because I was late for work"

"Loved the room, not all rug, loved the hardwood flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. I have stayed at a lot of hotels, and I have to say this one really impressed me, and I will certainly be back. Staff were helpful and pleasant, and so were the guests. You could tell everyone was smiling and in a great mood. Breakfast was great, and there was plenty of seating. It would be nice if there were a bar and a tapas restaurant to visit and relax."
