!!!! Welcome to our phenomenal home in Indian Creek, Kissimmee. Our home can host up to 8 guests with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will love the open floorplan with a formal dining room, spacious living room, and eating space in the kitchen. After a long day, enjoy the tranquil screened-in lanai and South-West facing private pool. The master bedroom (king bed) has an ensuite bathroom with a tub, separate shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom (queen bed) has its own bathroom too. Bedrooms 3 (queen bed) and 4 (bunk beds) share a bathroom. You will love the pool area and the spa (both can be heated - additional charge). There is also a beautiful game room. The Indian Creek community offers a recreation area with a playground, tennis court, and basketball court. It is close to all major theme park attractions (Disney's maingate is only 3 miles away - 9 min drive), shopping (24/7 Walmart 5 min drive from the house), and restaurants (the famous 192 is located 2 min drive from the property and offers many restaurants and activities). *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Pleasant 1 week stay
Had a week's vacation with some friends in Orlando this summer. The property was exactly like the photos. We noticed a little bit of leftover trash from the previous guests, as well as the furniture looking as if it was not properly cleaned; however, nothing extreme. Overall, it is a very nice, affordable stay in Orlando!

Indian creek
Floors were filthy are feet were black with dirt. There was no hairdryer ( one that didn’t work) so I bought one and left it. Light bulb in master bath was blinking on and off. The toilet paper roll was broken and even left the roll of toilet paper on it to make it look liked it was fine. But everything else was fine,still had a great stay.
