Clean, it was good, good smell, everything was clean and ready. The only thing that was bad was the neighbors being loud late at night.

Overall disappointed

The house is ok and it accomplishes the goal of a quite comfortable accommodation. Location is pretty good, close drive to Disney parks and plenty of parking with good internet. House is also located in a gated community that feels very safe. Also, there was immediate answer from the renters to address questions via email.There are some opportunities for improvement though:1. Be aware; check out time is EARLY at 10:00 and there is an excessive fee of 50 every 15 minutes if you do not leave in time.2. Cleanliness is not terrible but certainly could be better. I felt I needed to walk with my sleepers because I felt uncomfortable walking on barefoot due to debris on the floor and clearly dirty carpet.3. After staying in similar houses, I am used to find some amenities that I did not find here. There are no coffee filters, and of course no complimentary coffee or tea or anything at all for a brief snack.5. If you want to enjoy the swimming pool there is a HIGH fee of 40 per day with a minimum of 3 days. In fact we found the pool overflowing and we had to shut it off in order to prevent the house from possibly flooding. The owners were appreciative of this via email.6. Not to mention an excessive prerequisite of sending a copy of the renters drivers license, credit card (last 4 only needed to be shown), picture and a long contract that emulates a long term lease contract with fees and multiple penalties, although most of them are very reasonable.

Good time

Family and i had a nice stay and place is largely as described. Some aspects of the house can use a refresh but overall pleasant experience, easy check in and worked well for my family of five.
