Excellent 7 bedroom large 2900 Sq Feet family vacation home is located in a prime position in this prestigious gated resort Community of Emerald Island Resorts .Only minutes from the Disney attractions, shopping. Interior designed home caters for the whole family with delightful Disney themed children bedrooms and sports themed games room. Pool deck has an extended lanai. Pool Heating is $25.00 per day extra.

One of the closest communities to Walt Disney World (less than 3 miles away), Emerald Island Resort is a quiet oasis in which to spend your vacation. Emerald Island is an exclusive man gated resort community less than a mile from the world famous US Highway 192 where you will find shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
This luxury villa offers a large private swimming pool with huge side to side Lanai. It provides all the amenities making your stay comfortable like a home away from home. It features a family room with two story high cathedral ceiling and a living room.
The Emerald Island Resort offers an array of complimentary amenities, which are available to guests. The 6,000 square foot club house has a fitness center, volley ball and tennis court, sauna, computer access to the Internet, heated community pool and spa pool, Video games room, together with children’s play area and Tikki Hut, and is the perfect place to get to know other families. The Clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging or biking which winds through the community’s natural woodland setting.

KITCHEN/BREAKFAST AREA The large open plan fully equipped kitchen contains all the modern appliances needed including a large fridge freezer with ice maker. FAMILY ROOM The family living area which is open plan adjacent to the informal dining area has a full height ceiling and is overlooked from the upper floor landing balcony and loft area. The stunning decor, furnishings create an ideal area in which to relax and watch cable TV . It takes about 10/15 minutes to get to the main Disney attractions and about 20 minutes to get to Sea World and 25 minutes to Universal Studios. Nice Stay/House needs a bit of TLC

Very nice stay. House is a bit worn and in need of some deep cleaning and general upgrade, but all in all a wonderful stay. For the money, based on the wear of the house, etc, I would look for a different house next time a rent in Orlando.

Disney trip

The house was a great layout for our large family. It was very nice to have a private pool so when we arrived late after a long day of traveling the kids were able swim and burn off energy. The house needs some tlc but nothing that will effect your stay. It was a good location so we didnt have to travel so far to get to Disney, but were werent in the over growded Disney area.

Big family perfect!

This house was exactly what we were looking for in our home away from home; it had plenty of space so we didn’t feel cramped. It was clean which was one of our fears but this house was clean! Price was affordable, location was perfect. Owner was very responsive to all of our requests! Thank you! We most definitely will book again if the need arises.

Honestly, the vacation was great the property is in good condition. Like any other properties it has wear and tear. Our host was wonderful answer within 30 minutes of any questions we had and solved any issues right away.

Layout good for multiple families

The layout is good for groups of families. This property needs some TLC and a deep clean. Some of the bedrooms are very dated with older mattresses. We had to get the handyman to fix broken fans and look at a couple of other broken things. The management company was quick to respond but somethings weren’t fixed. The pool heating, which was supposed to be on, was pretty ineffective. The resort is very well looked after and very close to parks and attractions.

Nice House but needs some TLC

The house looks lovely on the outside, but it definitely needs some care on the inside. The house was super smoky from previous renters which affected our allergies. The mattresses and bedroom sets in most of the rooms are worn out. The kitchen appliances and utensils work but has some dings. The microwave did not have a glass plate. There was a huge wasp nest right by the front door. We had to buy wasp spray to remove it. The grill was filthy. We had to clean it to use it and then clean it after. The game room was missing some items in order to play. So we didn’t get a chance to use it. Towels were available but most of us brought our own. I’ve rented homes for traveling many times throughout the years and I’ve never had to remove the bed sheets as a part my departure process. I feel that should be included in the cleaning fee. The owner and property manager were very nice and responded to my concerns quickly.
