The hotel seemed to be overbooked. We were switched to a different type room without anyone telling us before we got to the room. We were very specific about having a porch when looking for accomodations. It is the one most important thing for us when traveling. And instead, we overlooked a very noisy freeway from one partially blocked window with no porch. We notified the VRBO host(s) and neither of them did anything. We have requested some sort of reimbursement and all we are told is that we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom from a studio. We DIDN'T want a 1 bedroom. We wanted a porch. The front desk was of no help because they were oversold. Don't rent from this host.

Easy access to the unit. Unit was clean. Check-in and check-out was easy. Location was great! Unfortunately did not have time to use the amenities but seemed like they would have been worth it.

Genuinely shocked that it was so nice for the price. What a bargain! Everything was as described and the quarters were very nice. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, walk in shower, and the balcony. It’s also pretty centrally located, so it’s close to most attractions. My only complaint is no Uber Eats/Doordash allowed but that’s probably pretty common for a fancy resort.

I arrived at the hotel around 7:27pm and it all looked very nice. Busy weekend. Then Sunday came and we were like the only couple there, not a problem. The amenities were great. However, I developed a rash and was concerned so went to urgent care and was diagnosed with bed bug bites. Not very happy for the money I paid. Not going back again.

Beautiful property, quiet, had fun stuff going on at Drafts for the super bowl! A new favorite spot for us! Parking was not assigned spots, but was never a real issue. Drafts has top tier food. We ate there at least once every day.

Great Stay

The property is excellent and well priced. Its a timeshare resort so the room is like a hotel room. There are a bunch of pools and the convenience of some on site restaurant and pub and a convenience store. I got this place because of its location near the convention center, however theres no easy way to convention center due to 8 lane highway between site of living and convention center and no shuttle service so you are forced to Uber or Lyft and they are expensive 10min trips costing around $30 one way.

The ONLY thing we did not care for at this property, was the music at various pools. Our room was right above one of these pools and many nights loud music till after 11:00 pm. No problem with music during reasonable hours ie, 11:00-9:00pm but not necessary this time of year Jan./Feb. with nobody even in the pool area.

Worst stay

A few months ago I had this exact booking and staff was great and so was the whole facility This time Absolutely terrible the front Office Lady with dark hair and glasses didn’t know what to do when I explained to her the tv remote was not working nor the wifi, the fridge did not keep any of our beverages cold just Room temp Smaller facility and confusing signs not Only that we lost 2 hours of our time after we were invited to a tour at the other location and After we went up stairs marco talked to us a little and said how he can get us a better deal and to come back doing stairs and tell the Financial guy our making we were told that we don’t make enough for the promotion that they offered us not only that but we were cleared the first time went up stairs Marco suggest a better deal and we agreed and went back down time wasted driving back and fourth and waiting in the lobby and upstairs was the most disappointing about this situation.

The lobby is bright welcoming and fresh. My actually room was dark, dingy and smelled like an ashtray although it was a non-smoking room. The people were friendly and it was clean so for the price “it’ll do” especially if you’re spending a ton at Disney or other attractions.
