Our privately owned home, has three bedrooms, two full baths with almost 1,300 sq. ft. of living space. Families, friends or business travelers will have plenty of room.

The location our home provides our guests with ease of travel to and from Orlando International Airport, Orlando's theme park attractions, sports activities, the shops and restaurants along International Drive and Orlando Outlets. This home is located close to Disney - Orlando/Kissimmee and the Central Florida attractions. Come and enjoy the freedom of a home rental rather than the restrictions of a hotel. Publix (grocery) is 5 mins away along with fast food and dining in that plaza, or use the 24 hour Walmart from less than 10 mins from the home. Perhaps you want to shop the Malls/discount outlets - there is a lot to choose from! Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Italian Cuisine, Chinese restaurants and buffet.

It is a short drive to all the Disney Parks - 15/20 mins (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach) or visit Seaworld, Aquatica, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet and Wild, or one of the many Dinner shows, or the famous Cirque Du Soleil. There are many other activities to do such as mini golf, movie theatres, and Downtown Disney. The Orlando Science Center, and Orlando Art exhibits/Museums..

Great place for our fam of 4. Know going in - no extras (which we knew so we brought trash bags, tp, shampoo, etc) so all was fine during our stay. Also grocery store near by for anything we forgot. Quiet location, great house!

Mostly everything was fine. Unfortunately, we ended up traveling to Orlando during the coldest week ever, and the heat didn’t work in my room. But it was a good trip.

The digital door lock jammed/malfunctioned and I nor VRBO could get in contact the host for nearly 6 hours. One of rooms that had TV pictured had been removed and I messaged host but never got a response on the App. House was good location, neighbors were nice, and patio area was great in backyard.

The property was as pictured. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was a fun addition for our family and remained clear and clean throughout our stay. Home was a close distance from the airport. Only issue was regarding the trash. Directions were to take trash out on a certain day, but the trash toter was full, with several more bags left beside toter, from the previous tenants, and communication was unclear. No biggie. Would definitely stay again!

This property is located in a residential area and is quiet with little traffic. Loved that ! Communication was iffy as we waited until 4:50pm to get the entry code which should have been sent around noon. Saturday night was a very special Birthday Party for my husband with a few family members. We had to endure the lawnscaping service of mowing, trimming and blowing at 7:15 pm while we were eating in the porch
 very disappointing as this is the reason we are in Orlando. We did reach out to the owner and she only said sorry
 very disappointing
. We were very good renters, as we pulled sheets off beds, emptied all garbage, cleaned all dishes etc
 and followed all rules. I am still waiting to hear from the owner

My daughter and I stayed a few nights after her basketball tournament. House was great to do that. There are several cats that come into yard daily to drink outta the pool. Neighbor plays music loud everyday but not at night. Pool guy came right in middle of the day and we couldn’t use pool for couple hours at prime time of the day. Would’ve liked dishwasher tablets so didn’t have to hand wash dishes. These are just helpful things to know for further families staying. That said we liked the home and pool. Was just what we wanted and we enjoyed our time. We would stay again.

Nice size house with a fantastic pool and backyard. Clean and tidy. No basics were provided such as coffee/tea, shampoo/conditioner or body wash, nor laundry detergent. However, close to shops, quiet neighborhood and easy check in. Would recommend.

Comfortable Stay

Comfortable house that was great for a our family. We were not in Orlando for the parks but for family and staying away from the tourists was great. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are a little small but layout was great with master suite on one side and other bedrooms on the other. Communication was clear and check in was easy.

A great holiday !!

We were very happy with the 3 bedroom option for our teenage daughter and son and us (Mom & Dad ) to each have our own personal space ! The only thing we hadnt been aware of was the constant jet traffic overhead !! Otherwise nice quiet neighborhood ! Clean, well maintained pool and house !

Awesome place to stay in Orlando

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Short distance to either airport and only 15min from all the parks. We absolutely loved the house. Only thing I wished for was a little warmer weather so we could have used the pool. Definitely recommend this rental for any family wanting to stay in Orlando without paying resort prices.

A beautiful stay in a relaxing place

Great quiet enclave away from the hustle and bustle of all the theme parks and down town but close enough to pop over if you want. Pool was amazingly well taken care of and home was exactly as described.
