Welcome to Palm Breeze Retreat, a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhome located in the
stunning Storey Lake Resort. Stylish furnishings and all the comforts of home are ready to

Lovely Resort, Townhome needs work

Storey Lake is a lovely resort. We stayed in February and the pool area was extremely busy. Beautiful walking areas. Our unit has very old furniture, dirty carpets, no oven mitts, few coat hangers, food or some other substance on the walls and floors upstairs and no table out by the pool. No security bar on sliding patio doors. No locks on screened in linai. Parking is on the side of the street. No designated parking spots, but lots of room. We called security once because we found keys and it only went to a message saying no voicemail was set up. We really enjoyed the area. We would stay again at Storey Lake, but with a different owner.

TERRIBLE

WHEN WE ARRIVED WE NOTICED ALL THE RUGS WERE DIRTY AND STAINED. MOST OF THE WALLS WERE SCUFFED WITH MARKS AND LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD NOT BEEN PAINTED IN YEARS. THE FURNITURE IN THE LIVING ROOM AND THE BEDROOMS WERE OLD, FADED AND PEELING. THE DOOR TO THE POOL WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND DID NOT LOCK. THE MAIN BATHROOM UPSTAIRS HAD SOME HAIR IN THE SHOWER LEFT OVER FROM PRIOR GUESTS (DISGUSTING) THERE ALSO WAS NO SOAP FOR THE DISHES OR THE DISHWASHER. TRIED CALLING THE MANAGEMENT BUT NO ANSWER. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

We rented this unit for 10 people-we chose this unit because of the private pool. Upon arrival we learn the pool pump wasnt working. After e-mails and phone calls, it took 4 days to get the pump (kinda working). My vacation was only 6 days. So I had my grandchildren in Florida, without the option of swimming. The main pool to the condo was so populate the pool was dirty.

Disney and Universal Family Get Away

We found this to be a great "home away from home" during our recent vacation. It was close to everything, had more than enough space for our group of 5 and looked as shown in the photos. The management was responsive to our needs and was very flexible in our scheduling (as Covid complicated things). We have a great vacation!

Nice and new

Overall, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The community is brand new and they've still got construction going on, but don't fret, you cannot hear it from the townhouse. The kitchen is very well stocked. Nice cutting knives, utensils, cookware, coffeepot (which takes the cone filters FYI) and a nice Ninja blender. The splash pool in the back was great. We paid for the pool heater and it was perfectly comfortable. Beds were comfy. Two quirks about the bedrooms and this is just a personal preference, #1 there needs to be better curtains to block the sun from beaming in. The two front bedrooms the curtains didn't even cover the entire window. Makes for an extra early bright wake up call. And #2 the pillows in the upstairs master were a bit flat. But the beds were plenty comfortable. Adequate amount of bath towels. Some of the carpeting you could tell was getting worn down, but that's to be expected with builder grade carpet. The house was thoroughly clean upon check in. The house in located within a 2 minute drive to Publix and Walmart and a handful of quick eateries. The road leading out of the community, Osceola Pkwy, says it's a toll road and I did see a couple booths, but it leads straight into Disney (no tolls needed to pay as of Nov 2018) and it was super quick and easy. We could get to the Welcome to Disney sign in 5-7 minutes depending on stop lights. And a heads up on parking here. There is not a designated park spot directly in front of the house. It's off to the side OR just across the street, which is where we would park, it was more convenient. The community pool was heated and was nice. The lazy river was not, but it was still enjoyable. Overall, we would stay here again for future visits.

My family really enjoyed the stay, very nice and clean. It’s also very close to Disney. The only thing that needs improvement would be the parking, need more spaces for the units in this section.

The property we stayed in was very moderate love the house decor and the beds were very comfortable

The property we stayed in was very moderate and the decor was beautiful. All the beds was very comfortable. There is just minor things that need to be fix , the blinds to the sliding door basically 7 need to be replaced and the wall near the sliding door has a big crack in it. Other than that the place is beautiful.

Great location and amenities

This is a spacious town home in a great location (close to all Disney Parks, Outlet Malls, Groceries, Target, Walmart, etc.). The amenities of the resort are superb! There is a brand new pool area that includes a lazy river and water slides. The only reason I didn't give it five stars, is the actual unit, although fairly new, needs a deep clean. The carpet already needs to be replaced as it is stained and dirty. Overall, we loved the layout of the town home, the washer and dryer, the bed in the upstairs master bedroom (it is extremely comfortable), and the furniture is high quality!
