Very good location. Close to Disney Springs. Restaurant was very good and the staff were all very friendly! Spa staff were also great and friendly! Really enjoyed my weekend stay at this hotel.

This hotel offers excellent value for the price. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant, and the rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable for a great night's sleep.

The location is good, so is the hotel. But paying 30 dollars pr night for parking and additional resort fee( not heated pool) isn’t right. Some of the staff was great and attentive, but the front desk staff was awful. Cleaning was terrible and when staff were informed I was just met by sorry but nothing we can do. That doesn’t cut it, even though the hotel is a feast for the eye. The cleaning lady at the gym was very nice and friendly and took her job very seriously and followed up the cockroach that was laying in there.
