5-star reviewed VRBO property under new management! Ready for Spring and Summer 2024.

Our Disney themed home is a four-bedroom townhouse located within Paradise Palms Resort, less than 15 minutes from Disney and a short commute to Universal, the beach, and Orlando Airport!

Paradise Palms Resort is one of Kissimmee's leading resorts and offers a huge walk in pool with splash pad, tiki bar and restaurant, tennis and basketball courts, movie theater, playground, game room, convenience store, and more! The resort is gated and guarded 24/7.

Our unit consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. All four bedrooms include ceiling fans and two of the bathrooms have a shower/tub combo.

On the first floor we have the Animal Kingdom room with a plush king bed. Right outside is our Lion King bathroom with a stand up shower.

There is a fully functional kitchen with a dishwasher. Basic kitchen necessities are provided. The living room has a reclining couch and TV.

On the second floor we have our Magic Kingdom master bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a firm king size bed. The master bathroom has a tub/shower and a fun Haunted Mansion stretching room in the toilet room.

There is a washer and dryer located on the second floor.

The next bedroom is the Luca room! It has one full bed and twin bed with memory foam mattresses. Bed rails are available, parental discretion is advised. Additionally, there is a full size crib located in this room with crib sheets. There is a baby monitor (not wifi enabled) and changing table in this room as well. We also have a pack and play available in addition to the crib.

The last bedroom is our amazing Star Wars room! This room features an amazing interactive twin lightsaber bed (with traditional mattress) and a queen bed (with memory foam mattress).

Across the hall is our Avengers bathroom with tub/shower.

The saltwater pool is about 10' long and 3-4" deep. It's a great place to relax after a day in the parks. Use of pool is at your own discretion. To go to the pool area you must be able to open the sliding glass door that has a safety lock on it. Additionally there is a child fence secured around the pool. The pool and house are a use at your own risk and we do require that children are not left unattended while using the pool.

There are a ton of items available for you to use during your stay including pack and play, baby gates, child size table and chairs, baby monitor, toys and books, and a water table for outside. We also have some items if you decide to venture to the beach. Please take care of all items available and return them so the next family can enjoy them as well!

We have a ring camera on the front entrance and entry points of the property.

This place was perfect for our family's stay for our family trip to Disney. It was cutely decorated with Disney theming throughout and the amenities were unique for a private residence. We were hoping to be able to enjoy the pool but we just didn't have enough time for it. Having your own pool in a townhome/villa is also a rare find! And the host Brandi was very helpful and accommodating.

Everything you need for a Perfect Orlando trip!

Host is very accommodating, responsive and goes above and beyond to supply the house wirh everything you need. Very clean, saltwater pool and awesome theme decor was such a nice extra! Beds and pillows very very clean and comfy. We couldn't have asked for a better place to come back to afterlong park days and travel adventures. We will definitely book this house again. Thank you!

Wonderful spot

We were in the area for some college tours and the location was perfect for us! Even though we did not visit, Disney was VERY close which we noticed when we drove by on our way to/from schools. The condo was perfect - well appointed kitchen, 4 lovely bedrooms and a cute patio. The clubhouse/rec center was the highlight for 4 teenagers to play tennis, basketball and have a dip in the pool. A great place to stay! I personally made an error by not realizing the property was pet friendly but Brandi was super responsive! 5 stars!!!

Perfect Disney Condo

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was so clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and kind and had a big book of recommendations! My kids have stayed at a Disney resort and this condo.. and they said they would much rather be at this condo then the resort. Very easy drive to and from Disney parks! I r will be back!

Easiest homeowner to work with

We've been going to Orlando The Last 5 Years for Christmas for 2 to 3 weeks and this home was great for us with the saltwater pool! And the homeowner was always amazing! Thank you for the time we spent in your beautiful home! The paintings on the walls were very fitting! The abundance of towels available was amazing also.

Perfect Disney Getaway

We had an amazing time during our visit. Brandi was great and easy to communicate with. The house is perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone. We went with our 3 children and the in-laws. The property was fully stocked and included everything we could have possibly needed. The small pool in the back was perfect in the evenings after a day at the parks. The community pool, movie theater, arcade, and tiki bar were awesome amenities as well. We had a fabulous time and can’t wait to come back.
