7-bedroom, 5.5 bath home for Disney fans with a private pool and game room located in the exclusive enclave area at Emerald Island Resort. Avoid the traffic on I-4 to Disney World – we are about 15 minutes to Disney property. Dine in the Beauty and The Beast dining room, sleep in the Frozen or Avengers bedroom, play pool or foosball in the Star Wars game room. After taking a swim in the pool, relax in the full-size hot tub with your favorite beverage.

This home is air-conditioned: an A/C unit for downstairs and A/C unit for upstairs. The house is approximately 3200 square feet and sleeps 16. (This maximum number cannot be exceeded. Children of all ages, including babies and toddlers, count towards the 16-person limit.) Contactless entry with unique code for each guest – no keys to pick up or drop off. The first floor has one of the master bedrooms (with full bathroom) as well as a separate half bath for general use.

Large private pool area with screened lanai includes 4 chaise lounges as well as a dining table and chairs. Free secure wired/wireless Internet. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee machine, microwave, full size oven, garbage disposal, full size refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, regular coffee maker, electric can opener, blender, toaster and dishwasher. Washer/dryer and iron/ironing board for your convenience. 2 baby high-chairs, 3 pack & plays and 1 double stroller for your use at no additional charge.

Five minutes away from the commercial district on Route 192 with many restaurants such as Bahama Breeze, Ford's Garage, Miller's Ale House, Manny's Chophouse, Chuy's, Cracker Barrel, TGI Fridays, as well as Target, Wal-Mart and Publix.

There are 7 bedrooms including 3 king master suites (with attached full bathrooms), two additional king-size bedrooms and two rooms with bunk beds:

Bedroom #1 “Walt Disney”:
First floor master bedroom with Walt Disney theme has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, large corner tub, walk-in shower, and separate room for the toilet. Sliding glass door access to the lanai.

Bedroom #2 “ Mary Poppins”
Second floor master bedroom at front of the house with Mary Poppins theme includes a king-sized bed, and a large full bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Bedroom #3 “Theme Park”
Additional second floor master bedroom at rear of house with Disney World theme park theme includes a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Bedroom #4 “Peter Pan”
Peter Pan theme bedroom with a king-sized bed, connected to a full Mickey Mouse themed bathroom shared with Bedroom #5. The Mickey Mouse bathroom is a full bathroom with tub and shower.

Bedroom #5 “Winnie the Pooh”
Winne the Pooh and friends themed bedroom with a king-sized bed, connected to the full Mickey Mouse themed bathroom described above.

Bedroom #6 “Marvel”
Two sets of bunk beds (each with a twin-sized bed) sleeps 4 people in this Marvel-theme bedroom that connects to a Toy Story “Jack and Jill” bathroom that contains a full sized tub, shower, and toilet in one room and a vanity, sink and mirror in the other.

Bedroom #7 “Frozen
Our Frozen-themed bedroom connects to the Toy Story bathroom described above. It contains a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and twin size mattress on the top bunk.

Each of the bedrooms, except the Marvel bedroom (Bedroom #6), have televisions. A large screen television is in the downstairs family room with Roku and an additional TV is in the game room. You may bring your favorite streaming device and connect to the family room TV.

Bedding, towels and beach towels are provided. We also include a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dishwasher detergent, trash bags, soap and shampoo.

Non-smoking home. No pets or parties are allowed. Renter must be 25+

During the winter months, pool heat can be requested at a fee of $30 per night. The pool is professionally serviced weekly, with a child safety fence on the lanai to separate the pool area from the eating area.

Emerald Island Resort charges a $20 fee per vehicle staying on the property. You will pay that directly to the resort.

We will send you an electronic version of our rental agreement prior to your stay, for your signature.

The house was great, plenty of room for family of 10. Did have an issue with the heat (who would ever think it would be in the 30's in Florida) but the owner took care of it promptly. Plenty of beach towels for the hot tub, we did not use the pool, but it appeared well maintained. Owner provided a lot of little extra's which was much appreciated. The kids loved the themed rooms. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, cooking utensils and both regular and Keurig coffee pots. Would definitely stay again.

This home is adorable and EXTREMELY well kept! We stayed with our children for an adult getaway to Universal. We didn’t have enough time to visit Disney, so this was our taste of it. The hot tub and pool was the best after a long day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, although we only used it for breakfast, we could’ve easily prepared meals had we have taken the littles with us. We had one that took their childhood blanket and accidentally left it behind and when I emailed the hosts, they responded quickly, checked the house, and will be shipping it. We plan to visit the Disney parks next with all the littles coming too; we hope your home is available at that time!Thank you from the entire family!

There were 14 of us ranging from 3 months to 58 years old. The house was perfect. We had an issue with a thermostat but within 30 minutes of messaging the owners they had someone there to fix the issue. Super nice to work with.

Great house for a large family

We had a family group of 14 (7 kids and 7 adults) and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of bedrooms and space. The game room was perfect to send the kids to play and be loud. The pool heated up nicely so kids spent hours playing in it and the hot tub was so nice to sooth sore muscles after long days at Disney and Universal parks. Communication with owners was very fast and they helped address any issues we addressed rapidly.

Perfect team house

This Disney house was so much fun for our team. The girls loved staying in the themed rooms and there was more than enough space for everyone. The game room was a hit as was the pool. Would definitely stay here again for our next tournament!

Perfect Disney Vaca

The house was exactly what we needed for our first family vacation to Disney. The house is close to Disney, Target, Starbucks, everything, made getting around super easy. The layout of the house is perfect, everyone is able to have their own space and theres still room for family fun with the rec room and pool. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating, they went above and beyond.

Plenty of room for our family of 14! Enough bath/pool towels, plates, cutlery for everyone. Well maintained, good neighborhood, excellent communication with owners. Beautiful, spacious and well-equipped villa.

Our three generations family of ten had wonderful stay at “Be Our Guest”. Plenty of space for us to spread out and relax during our two week stay. The owners are very attentive and respond quickly. The children aged between 9 and 15 enjoyed the excellent sized pool and inflatables as well as the games room. We loved all the the Disney theming throughout. The Disney parks, Universal and Outlet’s are all easily accessible by car as well as nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The resort is the very tidy and well kept. Never any problems with access on checkin or throughout stay.

Amazing!!

PERFECT! This house is the perfect location from the Disney parks, the airport and grocery shopping. It’s close to lots of restaurants and souvenir shops. The house is easily accessible. Very clean house. Pool and hot tub were clean as well. Plenty of room in the house for large groups. We had 15 people ranging from 3-65 and we all had adequate space for all our needs!! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Great Disney property

The property owners were great and quick with communication. Animal Kingdom is the closest and was easy to get to. Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Downtown Disney had 35+min drives due to traffic — granted, we were there Thanksgiving weekend so hopefully it isn’t always like that.

Beautiful large home, perfect for a large family!

We stayed at this property for a week in October, it was perfect for our group of 11! The kids loved the bunk beds and all of the themed rooms were a hit! The pool and hot tub were excellent! The pool was a bit cold, we reached out to have it heated and management was very quick to respond and accommodate our request! We have stayed at homes in the area on two other occasions and this is by far our favorite house! I would highly recommend it!

Great House with Cute Theming

My family was thrilled that I booked this house. We had tons of room to spread out. The theming and decorations throughout the house made the kids so happy. Beds were comfortable. They gave us a good amount of “starter” stuff to help make the experience good. Pool was a good size and the hot tub was a great bonus. Kids loved the game room. Descriptions of how everything worked were very clear and it was easy to get in and out of the property. Thank you for a great stay, my kids already asked when we can go back!
