Welcome to Villa Giacomo! Our townhouse is located in a beautiful gated community called Terra Verde Resort. We are only a 15 minute drive from the Happiest Place on Earth - Disney World! There is a wide range of restaurant options to choose from within a 5 mile radius. For the shopaholics, our townhouse is only a 10 minute drive from the Premier Premium Outlets, the new Disney Springs and several other retail establishments. The resort offers a beautiful community pool and hot tub, fitness center, tiki bar, weekly movie night, basketball court, volleyball court and more. The townhouse has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths and a full size washer and dryeras well as your own private swimming pool.

Orlando Theme Parks

This was a beautiful resort with a very nice 4 bedroom townhome. We were at the parks each day so unfortunately only got to use the private pool once and the resort pool once. Both were very nice. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the space with our group of 6. We thought that all of the resort staff were very helpful and good at their jobs.

Great choice when visiting WDW

The house is neat, minimally decorated, comfortable, and quiet. The only issue was in the room downstairs, there was a long black hair on the sheets, one in a pillowcase, and one on the dresser. The beds were comfortable and the pool was relaxing. It didn’t have any dishsoap, and there was a note saying to not use laundry pods, only liquid. That was a little annoying, but overall, it was a great place to stay for several days.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this nice, quiet townhome overlooking the lake, close to Disney. We loved the private pool, which my family particularly enjoyed. I definitely recommend this stay.

Family Vacation

My family came to Florda because my special needs daughter had a competition at Worlds. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable; we all slept well after a busy day. We also loved the gated community pool and snack bar. We spent may nights at the pool and enjoyed drinks.

This property was exactly what we were hoping for during our recent stay in Orlando. Great central location, close to all the theme parks and attractions, the property was clean and well maintained. Loved this home!

We had a wonderful stay at this awesome home! Flew 3000 miles to come and it was a nice, spacious home to relax in between theme park visits. Loved the enclosed pool and the lake! The owner communicated with us if things came up- she always responded and was very friendly. We will definitely book again if we come back to Orlando!

Myself and my family just spent 4 weeks here, the house was beautiful, so comfortable, clean and in one of nicest locations in the resort. The pool was amazing and Ann was so lovely to deal with. We would definitely, recommend this property to anyone and we would definitely stay here again!

Adult Disney Trip

We enjoyed staying here. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Kitchen was well appointed and instructions were clear. Convenient to all Disney parks. Pool was a nice perk even though it was a little too cold to get in this time of year.

Great location, close to everything we needed.

Easy checking in and out with gate and security, can text about deliveries which is nice. Everything was clean and organized, beds were not too comfortable. I could hear the springs moving when my husband would get up and down. Other than that we loved it! Thanks!

An absolute gem. The house was beautiful, very comfortable, and lots of space which was perfect for my family size . The resort amenities were superb, we felt safe, and it was coinvent to all of the attractions. Great location .

The property was a great proximity to the club house on the resort and the resort facilities were excellent. The resort is a good location for shopping,restaurants and theme parks, car recommended. The property was a good size and comfortable for our party of 5 adults .It was clean and pretty well equipped and the beds were very comfortable also the towels were the best we have ever had in a rental accommodation.
