With a private screened pool waiting just outside your door, resort amenities steps away, and Walt Disney World a quick 10-15 minute drive down the road, this corner-lot home gives groups of up to ten everything they need to unwind and explore in equal measure.



The space

Spread across two floors, this fully furnished home is designed so that everyone has room to breathe. The open-plan main level flows from a cozy living area - dressed with updated décor and area rugs throughout - into a dining space that seats eight and a fully equipped kitchen anchored by a central island. Whether it's a slow morning with coffee brewing or a big group dinner before heading to the parks, the kitchen has you covered with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics.



Cinema room

Also on the first floor, a full-size private cinema with theater seating for five brings the big-screen experience home. It's a welcome wind-down after long park days, and a natural gathering spot for movie nights once the little ones are ready to rest.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to ten guests across five bedrooms. On the main floor, a queen suite has its own private bathroom for added convenience. Upstairs, two king master suites each offer a spacious retreat, a second queen suite provides another comfortable option, and a fifth bedroom with two single beds works perfectly for kids or teens. Laundry facilities are located on the upper level, and dual AC units keep every floor consistently cool.



Outdoor living

Step through to the screened patio and you'll find an in-ground private pool and an outdoor dining area ready for al fresco meals, afternoon swims, or evening drinks under the Florida sky. The backyard setting on a corner lot gives the space an added sense of openness.

Walt Disney World is approximately 6-8 miles away (around 10-15 minutes by car), Universal Orlando Resort is roughly 15 miles (20-30 minutes), and SeaWorld Orlando is about 14 miles (20-25 minutes). For shopping, Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets and Disney Springs are both within a 20-25 minute drive. Orlando International Airport is approximately 17 miles away, making arrivals and departures straightforward.



Before you arrive

To help you settle in, the home comes stocked with starter supplies including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For stays of a week or more, you may want to pick up additional essentials along the way.
