It should be known in advanced how poorly the parking situation was. We found ourselves getting up and 2am - 3am to move cars so that they wouldn't be towed. This house has12 bedrooms. One would think that there would be at least room for mor than the 4 cars they allowed. Towing took place all night every night. this was completely ridiculous. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone based on this. Please beware when booking this property

My family enjoyed the stay and the house was big enough for my family with plenty of rooms.Housekeeper could do a little better cleaning but it was nothing to text the host about.Checking in was the hardest my family with four cars with scanning a QR My host was very nice and especially helpful with getting the QR .

Don’t trust the pictures

This property is in need of a deep clean. The bathrooms and beds wear clean BUT the carpet needs to be replaced and the floors and baseboards need a good cleaning. The kitchen was not clean when we arrived. We paid an additional 60 to check in 2 hours early and when we arrived the cleaning lady was going out the back door. Not a problem! BUT the house smelled terrible. Not what you would expect when you know it was just cleaned. The floors still had spill spots and there was still dirt tracked up the stairs. I called the property manager and was told that it must have been cleaned poorly because of our early check in
which we paid for. I was told that I would receive my 60 back but have yet to receive it.The cleaning lady did return and went over the floors again but by that time we had already bought cleaning supplies and started cleaning ourselves. Also, there is only one room with double beds. The other 2 that are listed as double beds are actually 1 double and a small bunkbed. Fine for kids but not adults. There is no pool table as shown in the pictures. The address listed on Vrbo is not the address to the home. That listing is actually 10 mins away. With all this said, the listing agent and owner were very kind but I just think that I should have received some type of reimbursement or offer. But instead I have received no refund for early check in and when I called about using the grill it was an additional 150. Oh and 5 car parking is a squeeze.

Do not stay here

The house was filthy. Both VRBO and the property management company were very difficult to deal with. We could not get into the house until 5 pm, when we did get in the house was filthy. Hair in pool, hair in beds, mold in showers, no cushions on outdoor furniture, rust in the pool. It is old and warn out. It is not new. The club house does not have food or drink and is small. Our family has been coming down to Kissimmee for 9 years and has stayed at beautiful resorts, Reunion, Solara, Sonoma
. All great resorts. We couldn’t use the pool for two days because of chunks of hair and dirty conditions. Cancel if you have reserved here. Do not stay here. They refused to give us any money back and sent tow truck company and attempted to have one of our vehicles towed
 had to pay 125.00 to stop them. The tow truck companies work with property management to make money. DO NOT STAY HERE! Lots of other resorts to choose from.

Terrible experience never use VRBO

Cancelled hours before the stay. The claim was that there was water damage. I had had medical supplies shipped to the address and when I went there to get them there was clearly no water damage, there was a large group of people having a party. I received no notifications from VRBO. I only found out when I went in to look for check-in instructions. I still haven’t received my refund 5 days later, and I believe I should be given additional compensation, as I had to scramble to find another place to stay with my 80 year old parents (we were celebrating my mom’s birthday) late at night. We were not able to get use of a pool for our stay as we had hoped. I would not only never rent this property again, I would never use VRBO again. Other rental services are better and safer.

New Orlando 12 BR property

Great property. No wash cloths, just hand towels and regular towels. Would appreciate getting house door codes a little sooner than 4pm move-in day - need to communicate with many people in 12 BR house. Could use a little more proactive coordinating of how to deal with gated community front gate access.
