Horrible property and manager
This place was dirty. The air conditioning was broken and we actually found bedbugs in one of the rooms. The property manager Jeeves is horrible and never spoke to us or any regarding the air conditioning. Never again!!

Dirty with bed bugs
The house was not clean. The first day we checked into this home, our kids did not have their shoes on, and their feet were black. By day 3 my husband broke out in bumps all over his body. He went to urgent care and they said he was bit by bed bugs. We would not recommend this home.

Great Way to spend QT!
What started off a little rocky ended up being a great experience. We arrived really early by design but was unable to access early check-in. Was also told last minute that cable and internet wouldn't be available at the home we picked and we could switch I'd we desired. Nonetheless we proceeded and they fixed the cable mid-week and we used Hotspot for all other internet needs.
Property is beautiful and as advertised. All families had plenty of space and plenty to do. We really enjoyed the water park and food delivery services available. Would definitely stay again!
