Great hotel within walking distance to the gates of Universal Orlando. The room was clean, well kept, and housekeeping was fantastic. The breakfast was good with lots of options that seemed to please everyone. Just a note on the free shuttle - you must go to the hotel next door by 7 am to make your reservation for the morning shuttle service the day you would like to ride it to Universal or Epic. The shuttle serves three hotels and was great to take to the parks.
