Are drapes didn’t close all the way. The staff came down and tried to fix it, but ultimately it needs a repair person so it was kind of bright in the room due to the light outside the window. Other than that, the room was Adequate. Beds were comfortable.

Great staff, good breakfast selection. But the room has a very musty smell. I did not raise the issue to the staff or ask to be moved to another room, because we were staying only one night and didn’t arrive until evening. They may have tried to remedy the situation had I asked.

Wasn’t expecting up charges they add on. Unable to check in until 3 pm unless you book through their choice app or pay additional $40 fee. Had nice shopping and restaurants near by but had to pay another $15 to store luggage. If you drove you had to pay another $10 to park your car or be towed. Many people had to sit and wait with their luggage for over 5 hours waiting to check in

Overall hotel was fairly clean. Door latches and handles coming apart throughout hallways. Staff was rude and didn’t make my family and I feel welcomed. Need better training in hospitality!

The room was freezing, temperature was set to 54 degrees when we arrived. The TV didn’t work unless you turned it on and off a few times first, there were no washcloths, bed and pillows were hard.

The room smelled terrible. The toilet had a drip all the time so I went and turned the water off to it so we didn’t have to hear it . Water damage to the ceilings.
