Everything was durty the lobby the rooms, The lobby reeked of piss. The room horrible nasty the floor the bed, the staff so rude also is too high the proce and also charge you for the parking. If you dont want lose your money dont rent there

Cant chk in early saying they have no room open but if you pay $40 more they let you in! Cost extra to store your luggage if arrive early before chk in time. Our room needed good vacuuming, toilet smells & found out someone poop not flash it-told the front desk. Requested for couple hrs later chk out because our flight got delayed was told no because they are fully booked but offered to stored our luggage & I said no thanks. The shuttle ride was great & driver was very polite. Not recommending!

So many things I could say. Couldn’t check in or cancel hotel room to get a refund and go somewheres else. One staff person at the desk constantly saying that she was “the only one working and her manager was in the hospital” which last I checked is a hipaa violation. That was one of her many responses to any “hotel guest” that asked for any type of update in a hot hotel. When asked by other “hotel guest” why there wasn’t even a second or back up generator. She would then say that the generator was only working for her but she couldn’t check in or check out “hotel guest” on the computer. That doesn’t add up to me. A hotel guest would then try to work with her and say can you just take down my info with pen and paper. She wouldn’t even do that. Her next response was she had a guy go out for diesel for the second generator but he had been gone for what was three hours at that point. Somethings aren’t just one persons fault but things definitely could have gone way differently on her part. Still no response on a refund of any sorts. One star isn’t even worth out of five. I could go on to say a lot more but that would cut into more of my time and money that I still wouldn’t get a refund on

Rundown, musty smelling rooms and a door that jammed so badly that chucks were coming off the door when you used your body to open it. One elevator was very questionable as it clunked and banged its way to the main floor with an insanely long pause to open doors. Noticed the elevator certificate expired Aug of 2025.

There was a $16 fee for storing luggage ahead of check in time. I’ve never experienced that fee for this service before. The actual check in at 3 was great, very pleasant staff.
