Staff totally noncaring .....No hot water for shower, warm at best ...barking dog in the room next door, barked for almost two hours on Friday night, about 45 minutes on Saturday night. ...the floor had cracks and uneven throughout the whole room. (i have pictures) bathroom area (all) looked like third world accommodations. The small coffee maker leaked ... If I could have gotten my money back I would have left upon checking in ....

I stayed at this hotel and the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards. The floor had broken sections, and several baseboards were detached from the wall. The bathroom showed visible mold and dirt buildup in the corners. Surfaces appeared unclean, and the overall condition of the room was poorly maintained. This stay did not match the expected quality for a hotel room.

When we first arrived in the hotel room, there were many impurities. The bath tub and bedding weren't completely clean, and the floor job wasn’t the best. On the last day of our stay, we woke up in the morning and there were ants in the sink. What’s stopping this from being a one was the fact that the tv quality was pretty good for gaming. Otherwise, we will not be staying again unless we’re desperate.

Located conveniently by a few restaurants and gas stations. Served its purpose. Clean comfortable bed. Let me check in a couple hours early without penalty. Gap around the door when closed. Could see the daylight through it. Shower head was not completely on the wall. Water pressure was poor.

The smell from air conditioner was horrendous. I had to turn it off. Woke up coughing and couldn’t catch my breath. The tub faucet was barely attached to the wall. Over all poor. I will never book here again. They need new filters of something in the room. It smelled so bad my kid and I were up most of the night.
