This property is entirely reserved and dedicated for short-term vacation; therefore, we have done our very best to make sure everything is top of the line. First things first: Safety – we have installed an advanced smart fire alarm system for your protection and peace of mind.
Each bedroom and room (area) have its own detector connected via the home WiFi network. We also have strategically positioned a fire extinguisher at your disposal. Additionally, emergency lights and exit signs have been installed in case of a blackout. We want you to be and feel safe, so that you can focus on relaxing and having lots of fun!

★★ HOUSEKEEPING★★
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
To maintain hygiene, no leftover food from previous guests is kept in the house.
★★ GUEST STAY RULES AND REGULATIONS★★
• Check-in/Check-out Times:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Early check in/Late Check out is $75 depending on availability. Our cleaner needs adequate time to properly clean and disinfect after each stay, and therefore it is difficult for us to make these accommodations but we will try our best.
- Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $100/hr.
• Who can stay?
- Guest booking must be 25+ years old.
- Can host up to 16 guests.
- Note: Minions’ bedroom bunks are twin size beds. No adults allowed on top bunk.
• Parking:
- Up to 4 vehicles allowed. Street parking available.
• Smoking/Drugs:
- No smoking or vaping. Smoking inside the house incurs a $500.00 fine.
- No drugs. Drug usage will be reported to the Police and incurs a $1,000 fine.
• Pests and Bugs:
- We have a monthly pest control subscription for your safety and peace of mind.
- One of the BEST defenses against pests is to not leave doors wide open.
• Party and Pets:
- No parties of any kind allowed.
- No pets of any kind permitted.

• Complimentary Coffee Bar:
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started, including the delicious “Coffee Bar” fully equipped and ready to go for whenever you might need that fresh energy to boost you to the day ahead! Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
• Security Cameras:
-We have a Google doorbell camera.
-We also have SimpliSafe camera facing the driveway.
-The Google doorbell is activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of it. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time.
-We do not routinely monitor the cameras. Guests should not rely solely on this camera for security as it is not routinely monitored.
-Please continue to practice common sense safety actions such as closing and locking doors.
-There are no cameras inside the house nor the patio.
• Refunds:
-You will be asked to leave early with no refunds if parties are held, unauthorized pets are snuck in, or if you break the NO smoking or drugs rule.
-Hurricane season is June 1st to November 30th in Florida. According to platform rules, please consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself. Only mandatory city evacuations qualify for refunds.
