Welcome to this beautiful, well maintained and modern whole house villa in the Glenbrook Resort of Clermont, Florida. You've just found the perfect place for your Florida vacation. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is 1600 square feet, air conditioned, with an east facing heated pool and spa/hot tub (for beautiful sunrises!), extended screened deck with covered lanai and plenty of outdoor seating for the whole family.

Features 4 Bedrooms/2 Full Baths: BEDROOM ONE - master bedroom with King bed, dresser, night stands, walk in closet and en suite bathroom with separate tub, shower, toilet and two vanities. This bedroom and bathroom have access to the pool deck. BEDROOM TWO - Queen bed with dresser, night stand and spacious closet. BEDROOM THREE - two Twin beds, dresser, night stand and walk in closet. BEDROOM FOUR - Twin over Full sturdy bunk bed, dresser, night stand and walk in closet. All bedrooms have a smart TV with remote, clock/alarm with USB plug in for charger, and bedside lamp. The 2nd Full Bathroom is a walk through, accessible from both hallways, has a full tub/shower, toilet and single vanity/sink.

Open floor plan and vaulted ceilings invite you to enjoy the living room with large seating area and flat screen smart TV with Bose sound bar. There is a large desk space and comfortable chair with plenty of room for your work/school needs. Adjacent you'll find the very well equipped kitchen and dining area, along with access to the pool deck.

The garage has been converted to a games room, where you will find a pool table, air hockey, darts, game consoles (Xbox & Playstation 2 including games/disks) with flat screen TV, and a FULL arcade gaming system with all of your favorite classic games.

The Glenbrook resort clubhouse amenities offer our guests a business center with WiFi, community pool, volleyball and tennis court, playground, activities room with pool table and air hockey, and a workout room with gym equipment and free weights.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A SELF CATERING HOME. EACH BATHROOM HAS ONE ROLL OF TOILET PAPER PROVIDED. EACH TRASH BIN HAS ONE BAG. GUESTS MUST SUPPLY ANY OTHER AND ADDITIONAL TOILETRIES AND HOUSEHOLD ITEMS NEEDED (shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, tissue, paper towels, trash bags, etc.).

The owner was very responsive and helpful. The support people nearby were responsive. The pool and pool area were clean and well kept. The rooms were spacious and clean. The garage game room was impressive (we didn't use it b/c of little kids). The pool was warm (we lucked out with warm weather too). The location was an easy 15-20 min drive to Disney and 5 mins to many grocery stores, restaurants, and Walmart. Quiet neighborhood. Overall worked well for our family.

Our vacation was amazing when we just enter the house we fill welcome everything was clean its was plenty of blanket plenty of game every thing what you need the kids was so happy with the game room and all the game that it’s was there the communication with the owner was amazing even if somthing not work the manager came and fix they was so nice that even they gave us advice where to go to explore the area every thing was amaizing!!!!I definitely recommend and will come again

Relaxing and enjoyable

We have stayed at this property twice already, we love that it’s close enough to the parks yet far away enough that it feels like a proper brake from the crowds and touristy parts There is lots of food options around and grocery stores so you can set up very easy to have a very relaxing time We didn’t use the pool but it looks clean and well maintained The house feels clean and well looked after ant is very well equipped

Outdated and overrated

I am disappointed in the overall state of this home. I chose it because of the pool, amenities (game room) and high rating for cleanliness. It did not deliver. The pool was dirty and skimmer didn’t seem to be working properly. They sent someone out to clean and they were there for 5 mins. It needs resurfaced. The screens on the birdcage need cleaned and repaired. Many places in the concrete need caulked or repaired. The inside is marked up pretty good on the walls, cabinets and doors. Couch was dirty and stained. Hairs were left behind on floors, sinks, kitchen table, showers and sinks. Gamegoom was a joke dine half of it didn’t work, pool table pocket was being held by some scotch tape and only 1 usable stick. There was black mold on the air conditioner. I reported it and nothing was done by owner or property manager. Sheets are very low thread count and pilling. Stained comforter and dips in mattress. Owner needs to take time to do a refresh!

House not recommended

This messagge is to share with you our experience in the house.To be very honest we did not feel comfortable during our stay
 i’ll explain here the main reasons
1- The main reason why we booked this house was the pool outdoors
 we could visualize our holidays spending our days in the pool under the sun
 Nothing further from reality
 it is not show in the pictures BUT the Water heating and purifying machine of the neighbors is right in front of the outdoor space and it makes noise 24/7
 whole day and night
 it’s indeed impossible to spend ANY quaility time enjoying the pool space. A big disappointment. The worst part of this is that this fact is jot shown in any of the house pictures.2- the other reason is that during our stay we found cockroaches in the kitchen twice
My wife simply did not want to do any meals in the house. 3- The twin beds are indeed noisy
4- The house is faraway from the amusement parks
 count on around 45 minutes to reach most of the main parksTo be honest with you
 the house choice spoiled somehow our holidays.We travel frequently and rarely give bad comments on the houses we book
 but this time we felt we had to share our experience specially because we believe that the pictures do not tell the full truth about the property.

Enjoyed our stay

We came down to visit relatives in Kissimmee. We did a few things around the area. The house has a nice layout and in a pleasant area not far from HWY192. Our grandkids totally enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would definitely rent again.

quaint and cozy stay

this place was immaculate. I couldn't say more about how clean this place was. every inch of this house was absolutely spotless. the layout is perfection, too. two very large rooms and took very perfect kids or teens rooms. the master suite was absolutely delightful, comfortable, and well laid out. every TV, every remote, every game, every part of the house worked. they do had a very resourceful guide if you had questions about anything. if you're debating this place or it's in the running, book it now! HIGHLY recommend.

Perfect Home Away From Home

I fell in-love with this home. Great master bedroom, the rest of the bedrooms were spacious and private enough for everyone to feel like they had their own space. The pool area, kitchen, dining room, living room, and game room made this home feel like home. Its very nicely decorated & I loved that. I only gave the cleanliness 4 stars because there was dust everywhere and cob-webs with tiny spiders and roaches, even around the pool area. The fans were also full of dust and some bathroom equipment (like the showerhead) needs to be replaced, its very old & moldy. But everything else was perfect and I recommend it 100%. I would stay here again. I just hope that it gets much better cleaning services.

Overall good property. Pool and house nice. Game room complete disappointment however. Pool table not level at all, air hockey table falling apart, arcade machine had not instructions, and couldn’t stay in the garage for more than 30 minutes without being drenched in sweat.

Started ok ended terrible.

The house could have been cleaner. There we alot of hairs in the bathrooms, a razor left in the shower, the pool deck could have used a cleaning, spider webs, snake skin, etc.. on the deck, the couch could use a cleaning as well. We put sheets over it. The first day, I asked if we could get a late checkout, just an hour. She didnt get back to me until 2 or 3 days later and stated there were people checking in and i could have the late check out if i washed the towels and sheets. That they could bring a laundry pod. (Because there are none, you have to bring your own. Also in the book it says you have to start the sheets and towels anyhow. And it says to vaccum or sweep the bathrooms) anyway, i did not see that message until the 2nd last day of our stay because i was on vacation and busy. It was 3 days later so at this point, i figured it didnt matter about the late check out. So the 2nd last days comes and we are leaving in the morning around 9. I see a car parked right out front of the house with a women in it. I comment how weird that was, then i said oh, maybe someones checking out around here in a different rental and thats the cleaner. I justified it. So we left. Flash foward to about 5 pm. We get there and theres a note on an envelope saying heres a pod for the laundry. She came into our space without my consent! She waited for us to leave and came in! We feel violated. Unacceptable! We didnt leave any valuables there, thankfully, but yes, our stuff was rummaged.Theives

Perfect Home for a Group

Plenty of space for groups, nice pool and hot tub on a screened in patio. Kitchen has everything you need. Conveniently located to grocery stores and a 30 min drive to Disney!
