* Bedroom 3: A comfortable Queen bed, also with a private bathroom.
* Bedroom 4: Join the club in this Mickey-themed room featuring a Queen-over-Twin bunk bed, with a shared hallway bathroom.
* Bedroom 5: Jump into the Mushroom Kingdom in this vibrant Mario Bros. themed room, also with a Queen-over-Twin bunk bed and access to the hallway bathroom.

Step outside to your private, fully screened-in lanai. Take a dip in the sparkling pool or unwind in the attached hot tub. The space includes a comfortable seating area and a child safety fence for peace of mind.

### Getting Around

Free parking is available at the property. On-street parking is permitted, but please adhere to the community's vehicle limits and rules.

* A maximum of 4–5 vehicles are permitted per property.
* Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed to be parked on the street or driveway.

### House Rules

* Check-in: 4:00 PM
* Check-out: 10:00 AM
* Minimum Age: At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older.

### Important Information

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please note the following:

* **Pool & Spa Heat (Optional):** This service is available for an additional $30 USD + tax per night for your entire stay. It must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in. The heater works via heat exchange and may not function effectively in cold weather. The water temperature will not exceed 95°F, and no refunds will be issued if the desired temperature is not reached.
* **Barbecue Grill (Optional):** A grill can be rented for $65 USD + tax for the entire stay. This includes a propane tank and final cleaning. This must be requested before your check-in date.
* **Package Delivery:** Please contact us directly for instructions regarding package deliveries to the property.
* **Concierge Services:** We are happy to help arrange Disney park tickets, grocery shopping, and more.܏
