Disgusting
Don't stay here. The smell in the rooms and in the hallways is bad, the room was dirty. The applicances are old and run-down. My worst hotel experience in 15 years. We had to stay here regardless of the nasty conditions because we had kids with us and arrived at almsot midnight due to our travel time. The lady at the front desk had terrible service ( not even customer service) asked for towels and we couldn't even get any. She wanted whoever was waiting for a towel to stand in the shower and wait until we gave them back the dirty towels, so they can get washed for 1.5 hours and then they would give them back to us. This place is terrible. My recommendation is DO NOT STAY HERE. Don't put yourself or family through these troubles. I asked for their hotel policy and was directed to go to the website, ofcourse I looked and there is nothing listed there. I called guest services and they only work Monday through Friday. Therefore, no one assist in any way.

Room was not ready. The beds were not done. The front desk clerk told me that the room was ready when it was not. Beds were still undone. Would not recommend this place at all. I had to leave and book another hotel. Just awful experience.

I reserved a 2 bedroom and when I got there they did not have it they were offering me a 1 bed and I waited 45 min in line I had to drive late at knight to find a different hotel The hotel did not look clean at all and smelled nasty when I walked in I don’t recommend staying hear at all

I made the reservation and then called the hotel saying I wouldnt be checking in until arpund 2 am after my bands show in tampa. They said no problem. When i arrived later that night they gave my room away and I was unable to find another hotel. Absolutely disgusting customer servive and im filing a grievance with the better business bureau.
