Overall it's a nice house. Location was about 35-45 minutes away from Disney/Universal/Icon Park which was nice to get away from the chaos, but close enough that we didn't dread the drive every day.

Perfect for Disney & Universal Park Stay

Nice little home situated close to Disney & Universal Studio Parks .. Drive to parks were within minutes & back to house ! Just want we wanted .. The house was as clean as anyone could ask for . The Beds were very comfortable, making for a good nights sleep before you head back to the Parks ! The kitchen had everything you need cook a good meal.. and all the appliance were new . Washer & Dryer were very nice & ping pong table in garage was brand new. . Thanks for the Wonderful Host as she was quick to respond & genuinely wants you to Enjoy your Stay!

Spring vacation

We really enjoyed the property and neighbothood. We felt safe and the neighborhood was very quiet. The house was close to restaurants and there were plenty of nearby activities for us to do. Julian was very helpful and addressed our questions in a timely manner. My onlynsuggestion would be to have a lounge chair as we apent 2 weeks at the property.

I can’t recommend this property enough. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The check in was easy and property clean. The beds were comfortable and property felt homely. We enjoyed the outdoor pool area and table tennis after a long day at the theme parks.

It was a great stay. Very clean house. The only problem we had was a smoke detector fell and broke and when I tried to contact about it, it took a while and I never got a response to the last message. Good location.

Great host. Some positive feedback

First of all, The host was very friendly and very responsive. The property was clean as well. This is our third time visiting Florida but our first time at this property. Few things to be aware of: - The water smelled extremely bad throughout our stay. It smelled like sewage water. As mentioned this is our third time there and we are familiar with the water condition in Florida but we have never experienced water as bad as this. I wish they would of mentioned that ahead of time.. - One morning we woke up only to see a guy in the backyard. I asked him what he was doing and he said he was there to clean the pool in the back. I wish they would’ve given us a heads up or if he would’ve knocked before going through the back door ( somehow)without notifying us.. - There is a $45 daily fee for heating the pool with minimum of two days. The pool is small and it wasn’t worth the additional fee. Again, the host was very polite and responsive. This js out positive feedback
