Lovely lobby and cozy, clean bed. However, found a cockroach in the bathroom in the morning. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great and there was a security deposit charge added that we still have yet to receive back.

My room was not cleaned for 2 of the 4 days of my stay. No, I did not have the sign on my door. I informed Oskar at reception who failed to explain, apologize of inform me of any follow up. He is ill-suited for the hospitality industry and his temperament and attitude is better suited to working as a bouncer at a dingy Night Club. The other receptionist was however lovely and helpful. I would rather sleep on a park bench than return to this hotel which is an insult to your brand.

Got locked out of our room for 40 mins, had to renew our key several times and still wouldn’t work then eventually someone came up and fixed the door… my partner left his headphones in our room behind the tv and they said they didn’t find them so someone took/stole them. Things don’t just disappear. Would not recommend
