the only thing we had a problem with this time was guests being karens, but the stafff was friendly and nice. and the hot tub jets werent working but it was still nice to relax in. we love being so close to seaworld and being able to walk there and not have to worry about traffic

This hotel is great for the price. It can use a little sprucing up. My room had some cosmetic flaws and the my refrigerator wasnt clean, but overall it was decent. They said housekeeping would clean my room every other day but they basically only gave me new towels and made the be. They didnt replenish the cups or clean out the bathroom. I guess you need to ask for the full service. The front desk staff and the bartender (Roscoe and Jame) were great. I would stay here again if I needed something in the area, but I would probably ask for more service.

Good and convenient

The hotel has an amazing breakfast and services. So convenient to get to Sea World, a very short walk to get there. A couple of not so great feedbacks are 1) found several bugs in the bath tub on the first night 2)no vent in the bathroom to clear the steam after shower and to keep air clean 3) can hear cars driving on the streets even late at night.

It was our first big trip with our 7 month old, we were pretty nervous. The staff were all so amazing. They treated my wife like a queen. The women that take care of breakfast wouldn’t let her get up from her seat, haha. Every time she could ever need something they treated her like she paid their salary. It was so sweet. They alone made the hotel great. I couldn’t remember their names but they were there almost every morning durning our stay. Please tell them all we said thank you!

Quite disappointed with the service. I stayed at the hotel for two nights and asked for my towels to be changed. That night, when I got to my room, the same towels were there from the day before—inferior service. Very disappointed with the service.
