The first night of my stay started very well. It was actually the biggest hotel room that I have purchased. It appeared clean and I unloaded all of my items and left for a four day conference. The first night of the conference, I arrived home at 11 and a bug was on the headboard. I took a picture, killed the bug and contacted the front desk. They offered to exchange my room. I explained that I really liked the room and could someone spray the room. She agreed and sent the security person my room with room refresher spray. He had no idea that there was a bug in my room. I showed him the picture. The front desk person who later I discovered was the manager also included that someone would clean the following day. My room was cleaned the day before I left on Friday. I spoke with her on Saturday after checking out. She stated that she could not compensate me because I did not use Hilton Hotels directly and used a thurd part vendor.
I'm not certain what bug this was but it was alive and untreated

My only complaint is you have to valet park or else park down the street and walk back to your hotel. You also have to walk to anything else like to eat because there are no parking lots or spaces. I only saw 1 parking garage. The hotel itself was nice and clean though.

Really enjoyed our stay but wasnt a fan of vallet parking since we couldnt just go to our car whenever we needed to. The area was nice and quiet but our stay was on a holiday so we cant speak to how busy it is during business hours since it's downtown. We really enjoyed the pool being on the 8th floor. Only gave a 3 for room cleanliness due to rhe fact the bathroom floor was sticky, however, when the front desk was told upon checkout, they were concerned and thank us for the info so hopefully its not something that happens often.

I think the property was very nice and convenient to downtown, but I was not happy with the parking on the property. If I’m paying to stay there why exactly does this hotel only have mandatory valet parking which was an extra $35. If you paid for your stay any other hotel gives you 1 parking space no additional charge. That is my only complaint.

The staff was super friendly and the hotel was clean. My friends and I really enjoyed using the pool area as well. The only thing is, when I requested for our room to be cleaned, the only thing that they did was just change the towels out. They didn't abide by their cleaning of the rooms every other day, which was disappointing. But other than that everything was perfect.
