Great and convenient location to Disney Springs and Epcot. Rooms very quiet but renovations needed for the rooms. No USB outlets and we never travel with the adapters anymore. Bed roomy- King- but aged and not comfortable. We stayed in room 116 building F and the room smelled very musty. Almost as if the carpet had gotten fully wet and not removed. We would have asked to switch rooms but arrived back to room very late and were exhausted.

First time staying here, not bad at all. The room was nice, bed was comfortable. The water did not get hot when showering, just warm. The pool was too cold for me, but my son loved it. I wish the hot tub had been open. The restaurant next door is slow, so have patience. They do have bus service to Disney Springs and the parks..but only at certain times. There is a gas station, Chick-fil-A, Wendy's, and a Disney gift shop across the street from the hotel. The hotel does have an arcade, movie theater, and small convenience store inside.

Misleading “Good Neighbor” Listing No Longer Offers Disney Benefits I booked Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Lake Buena Vista by IHG on Florida 535 because it was advertised as a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel. This was the main reason I chose it — for the early entry benefit to Disney parks. When I asked the front desk about early entry, I was told that the hotel is no longer a Disney Good Neighbor Hotel. This is false advertising and very misleading for families planning their Disney vacations. Because of this misinformation, I ended up spending much more money than expected on things like Disney World parking and Lightning Lanes, and I had to scramble at the last minute to adjust our plans. The experience was stressful and disappointing. The location and property were great, and the staff were all amazing but the inaccurate listing really impacted our trip. If the hotel no longer has this partnership, it should be immediately removed from all listings and promotions that state otherwise.

The bets were too small. The room wasn’t us fresh as it supposed to be. There was not enough cleaning in the bathroom was not was a handicap bathroom. Everything was really bad. Very bad experience.

The hotel is certainly on the older side. The rooms felt dark and definitely needed an update. Thankfully only stayed one night. Did like it was family friendly and had restaurants and some entertainment on property. Plenty of parking was also nice to have. Location is great and convenient to the parks, stores, restaurants, and major highways.

I stayed on the first floor, and the curtains were completely see-through — people could see right into our room while we were sleeping or changing (One time I made direct eye contact with somebody outside the window) I called the front desk to see if something could be done about it, and they said they’d send someone (to do something like put up another curtain) but no one ever came. I waited for an hour and a half and never heard back. There was also a dog barking at all hours of the night, and I even overheard another guest complaining the next morning about shattered glass on her floor. Honestly, it feels like all they care about is taking your money, not actually providing a comfortable stay. I wish I would have asked for a partial refund, as it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Here is the makeshift curtain we ended up using because our window was next to a busy walk way.

Way clearer at day but still see through at night. This photo doesn’t do it justice.
