Great and convenient location to Disney Springs and Epcot. Rooms very quiet but renovations needed for the rooms. No USB outlets and we never travel with the adapters anymore. Bed roomy- King- but aged and not comfortable. We stayed in room 116 building F and the room smelled very musty. Almost as if the carpet had gotten fully wet and not removed. We would have asked to switch rooms but arrived back to room very late and were exhausted.

First time staying here, not bad at all. The room was nice, bed was comfortable. The water did not get hot when showering, just warm. The pool was too cold for me, but my son loved it. I wish the hot tub had been open. The restaurant next door is slow, so have patience. They do have bus service to Disney Springs and the parks..but only at certain times. There is a gas station, Chick-fil-A, Wendy's, and a Disney gift shop across the street from the hotel. The hotel does have an arcade, movie theater, and small convenience store inside.

The location is 10 minutes away from Universal and the Mouse House We caught a lemon of a room. The staff including the manager were excellent and accommodating. We live an hour a way and chose to go home. I possibly would stay there again.

The beds were very nice and comfortable. The rooms were just ok. We had a dog in the room across the hall that was barking and the guests came home at 3 AM banging on the door so we quickly had dog barking and obnoxious guests waking us up without consideration. The hotel is nicely located to Disney if you are going for that. Overall, it was fine and nice for a Holiday inn but personally will prolly pony up a few extra bucks next time for something nicer.

Check in was easy and staff friendly. Unfortunately we had no hot water (barely lukewarm) the entirety of our stay. Maintenance came and spent about 60 seconds and said the water will get hot if you let it run. 3 of us had already taken showers and it never got hot. They never came back to fix. Coffee maker was broken too. Definitely will not stay again. Too many other options.
