We had to switch rooms because the mattress was stained! The room was not clean! Dust in places people normally would look! Toilet wasn’t properly cleaned and there was hair in the shower! Too much trouble to book elsewhere! Breakfast was HORRIBLE!!! I do not remember eating here !!!

The front desk Justin Amd Jeany are super nice! Very patient, everyone is nice! So easy to go to universal studio or epic with the free shuttle bus, but make sure you book the day before first thing yiu wake up, they are quickly filled.

Absolutely disgusting, first room wasn't even clean then they moved us to a different room after I complained and there was a cockroach in it. Look up my review on their page on google /yelp and Trustpilot for the full review since Expedia won't let me share the whole thing. Would never stay at a Hyatt again, DISGUSTING

Hotel was very clean the rooms were very clean and house keeping kept up with the room being clean. The staff was amazing everyone was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent different options every day. Will definitely be coming back when in town. Overall a great experience!
