The rooms are amazing and the guy that did our check in was the best , i think his name was kemmar , not sure but he needs a raise ! Loved the experience, will def come back

This is the worst!!!!!!! hotel out of all, while checking in I was told reinnervation was going on, which wasn't brought to my attention upon booking, misleading pictures on the website, there was no complimentary water in the room upon arrival, when I called front desk and ask about the water, I was told it was $3.50 per bottled water. so I went to Walmart and purchase a case with 24 bottles with the cost for two bottles at the hotel, then i was told by the receptionist at the front while checking in that I have to pay $22 per night for parking, and $8 per person for breakfast, so to me it was all about the money !!!!!!!! I forgot to download the app for the parking, and to my surprise when i went outside the morning after I checked in there was a warning ticket on my car stating that they would take further actions if I did not register my car, when all it takes was a phone call to remind me about the parking. lighting in the room was very poor, there were no mirrors in the bathroom, bathroom space was like a match lots of dust was on the carpet in the corner next to the window, which haven't been clean for a while. my stay was very uncomfortable and humiliated the way i was treated and I will never make this big mistake to book with this hotel ever again. I I'll give a score of 10 to both employee who compliment my dress while I was heading out to my engagement sorry, I didn't got their names but they know who they are.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very nicely decorated and clean rooms. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Located close to Universal, restaurants, Advanced Surgery Center and shopping. Dislike-the 22.00 per night fee to park your own car.
