Loved the stay here! The staff was very nice, room was kept clean, every night we returned to our room our beds were made and trash taken out. Shuttle service is available to universal and back. The only thing is the return time was not clearly communicated for the shuttle, I assumed it’d be there when the park closed at 10 but last return shuttle was at 9:20 so we were left without a ride back home. We had to get an uber. Still giving this place a 5star bc of how great everyone was and also there is a schedule for the shuttle to look at but apparently I missed it so that could have been avoided. Breakfast options were good as well. I’d stay here again if we return. Thank you all

Great Hotel, clean comfortable rooms. Very nice staff, great breakfast. The shuttle to & from the Universal Studio parks was a great plus. For cost, comfort and convenience, I highly recommend this Hyatt.
