Nice and clean

Great location with shuttle to the Universal Studios. The room was spacious, nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay, at least had fruits as options.

A great option for anyone looking to enjoy Universal Studios. It’s very close and offers transportation to the park. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is excellent and included. I would definitely return!

We loved our room, very spacious and clean. Confused about the bar and dining area, seemed to be strictly for breakfast. Sign advertised a happy your but they had a very slm selection of drinks and the food advertised they did not have. We went next door for food & drinks.

Nice large room and good breakfast. Also very close to universal studios and islands of adventure. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only issues were the bathroom and noise. The bathroom is very very small and the room door doesn’t close well, so you can hear everything that’s happening outside and the door also moves whenever another room opens or closes a door.

It was a nice property, just a bit old.. and you could hear people in the corridors quite easily. But - great location and really easy to get to universal! Staff were also great!

The property is old with some renovations. The rooms and hallways are damp and smell musty. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
