The room was nice and beds comfy; however, the bathroom was so small. We dislike how breakfast cost $8 and parking $22/night. We understand if there were more options for breakfast but there wasn't enough for $8. The staff were amazing, friendly and nice!

The room was well kept, clean, and spacious. The hotel was conveniently located, near the parks and restaurants. The shuttle was timely and included in the stay. We have stayed at other resorts that required an additional fee for the shuttle. The staff was pleasant and eager to assist us. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again!

When we checking in we had the sweetest young lady. We were trying to recover from a busy day and then flying to Florida to go to the Haunted Nights at Universal Studios. She got us checked in quickly and then helped with making a special order Starbucks coffee and we were on our way. She was funny and kept us laughing as she was our girl at check in and almost our barista. All staff was wonderful.

Slept well and it was nice and quiet. We still used an uber to get to Universal. They only run (3) shuttle services in the mornings and (3)shuttle returns in the evenings. There was not a shuttle available for Halloween Horror nights. It’s a good distance to walk, even though it “says” it’s across from Universal, it’s a good distance to walk, especially in the heat and with all the traffic, it was safer to Uber. We never had wash cloths in our room, 2 nights I had to go to the front desk to get them. Our phone in the room did not work. The food at the Placery (in house restaurant) was just ok.
