I stayed here during a short layover, and unfortunately, this experience was disappointing from start to finish. First, the website clearly advertised a free shuttle, which was a major reason I booked. But when I called to schedule it, I was told no such shuttle existed. I had to spend $25 total on Ubers to get to and from the airport—an unexpected and frustrating expense. Prior to booking, I also called the hotel directly to confirm I could check in early at 8am and explained I would only be there for four hours to sleep. They said it wouldn’t be an issue. However, upon arrival, I was charged an additional $60 for early check-in—on top of the $90 I already paid for the room. That’s $150 for a short nap. The room itself was in poor condition. The bathroom was especially bad: cracked and peeling caulking around the tub and counter, visible mildew, and outdated fixtures. The beds were old and uncomfortable, with visible body indentations from years of use. Definitely not what you expect at a national chain hotel. Breakfast was the final letdown—powdered eggs, stale bagels, and coffee that tasted like it had been sitting for hours. To make matters worse, I realized I could have booked a day rate at the Hyatt inside Orlando Airport for just $30 more, which would have offered a significantly cleaner, more modern, and more convenient stay—with no Uber costs or surprise fees.

My first impression was the front desk, of course. The woman behind the counter was pleasant enough. However, she would not accept my Ally bank card for the deposit. She would not accept cash either. I understand policies, but she was mistaken that Ally is an "online bank" and would not move on this issue. We were given vague details where our room was located. The building is oddly shaped. Once we pulled up to where we thought our room was, the elevator was out of order. I asked a housekeeper who was nearby about another elevator and was answered, "It's around here somewhere." I had to go back to the front desk to inquire and was given a slight more informational answer. The room smelled musty. The A/C rattled loudly. The bathtub looked like someone was butchered in it. The toilet handle had to be held down for 10 seconds before it would flush. The sink was clogged and drained very slowly. I did a bedbug check, and found that the mattress was horribly stained (all over). As for the breakfast service, no one was friendly at all. No smiles, but the food was adequate. The bathroom in the lobby doesn't lock. Please invest in this property or take your name off of it. I have stayed at much better La Quintas and this one will ruin your reputation.

The worst room ever

The room was horrible and the bed was dirty with some blood stains I was just to tired so slept over the chair for a few hours before I left I ask the front desk for some compensation but they did not care I show them pictures I took.

You get what you pay for

We booked due to location to air port and the shuttle service to the airport. After we paid and checked in we were told there is no longer shuttle service. The saying, “you get what you pay for” was 100% true. The room was very run down with the bathroom faucet non stop leaking and our bed was indented in the middle. There were stains on the walls, mirrors, floors, bathtub, and furniture. The positives: The linen was clean, the AC worked, and it was quite.

When I checked in and entered the room there was a bad smell, the next morning when I woke up the the bathroom was under water from the tub! They change me to a different room, I took a shower and left for the rest of the day, when I came back afternoon almost at night I found the same problem from my last room, so I decided to check out and leave. They refunded me the money from the reservation, bad experience!
