Things to consider when booking your stay.. you might get a wake up call and someone threaten to kick you out of this hotel... For some reason my bank flagged my card that was used to book the reservation on the day I was to check in. I was flying from another country and the bank thought the transaction may not have been me. I therefore reschedule my flight to resolve to hold placed by the bank. This meant I arrived on a red eye flight and at check in informed the staff of the issue and paid cash for one night as the hold would be removed from my car the next day. This was closer to 0200hrs in the morning. I was awken by a pounding knock at the door at approximately 1000hrs the same morning, threatening to kick me out of the resort unless I made the payment in full. This was the same staff that checked me in and with whom I had shared the issue with my bank. This definitely impacted my entire stay and I am sharing so no one ever has to endure this lack of consideration or disrespect.
