We had a wonderful stay at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa. The location was excellent, the accommodations were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Everything was clean, convenient, and perfect for our family trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the Orlando area.

The room was spacious and well-kept but a little outdated. The Disney Parks shuttle was very limited with pick-up times which was an inconvenience. Hotel taxi was over-priced so mostly used Ubers the entire week. Overall a good experience but wouldn’t stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath suite. Room was clean & spacious and worked well for our family of 6. Only downside was the room keys didn’t work on 3 of the nights after we returned from full days of Disney, and had to walk over to the lobby for replacements. We were told not to put the keys next to a phone, so we didn’t have them close to a phone, but they still wouldn’t work. Other than this issue, everything was great!

We have stayed at this property about 10 times now. Good location and everything you need for space and comfort. Only suggestion would be to update bathrooms. The shower needs better heads.

This property is highly misrepresented as a “resort.” It feels much more like a dated roadside motel than a resort experience. The rooms are tired and poorly maintained, common areas lack upkeep, and the overall quality does not match the photos or description on Hotels.com. We chose this property expecting a family-friendly resort environment and were extremely disappointed. Had the listing been accurate, we would not have booked this stay.
