Great place and location!

The pictures speak for themselves. The property was exactly like the pictures. The owner and the property manager responded quickly to anything that was needed or that had to be given to us in order to make our stay a even pleasant one. The added bonus to this property is that all you need to bring is you and your family and seasoning for your food if you plan on cooking. They have every utensils, pots and pans that you will need to use. By far, this has been on of the best rental vacation property I have rented. It has more than enough space for everyone to be very comfortable. I will/would stay here again.

Perfect for us

We arrived just after Hurricane Milton had passed through so there was some minor damage to the property - mostly with screening around the pool area. We had excellent communication with the owners who tried to have things rectified, but of course repair people were very busy. Unfortunately the pool/spa wasn't functioning properly but we were refunded our money. Our grandkids braved the pool a couple of times regardless. There were 15 of us at the house, which was a perfect size for us all. Thanks Kris and Maya

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
House layout was great, but amenities were very lacking and the house was dirty. There was only 1 sheet for the beds in 1 of the rooms, the rest you have to sleep on the base sheet and directly under the comforter. Multiple large stains on the bedding which you have to sleep directly on and very gross. The toilets and bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Multiple toilets don’t flush correctly. There were no (zero) hand towels in the entire house. Lights were out in showers which made it hard to see. The none stick pans are all junk and losing their coatings making them unusable. The pool has moss or mold growing on the bottom of it. If you have kids, you need to bring everything including any books/games etc. There is not a single board game or even cards in the house. The pool table bumpers are falling apart. The pool area is very nice as is the main living area. The bedroom bedding and bathrooms need to be addressed and would suggest adding some simple board games and cards and getting the pool actually cleaned (it’s very gross to swim in a pool with moss on the bottom).
