We had a short two day stay. Lindsay promptly communicated, check-in was easy, and the house more than adequate for seven adults. We did not cook and it was too cold to use the pool, but the hot tub was warmed at our request and very relaxing. This is a gated community within 30 minutes of the airport.

The host was so nice and accommodating, and the house was awesome. It was huge. There was a game room filled with activities. The pool area was great. The beds were super comfortable. The house was well stocked with supplies for our stay. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect place to relax and spend time with family after busy days at the parks.

The property was very cozy and Beautifully well kept. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful.. Our host was very attentive and she made sure we all felt like we were at home. Great House

The house was perfect for our annual golf trip. Communication with the host was excellent before, during, and after our stay. We had an issue with the upstairs AC and maintenance had it repaired within a couple hours. Everything was as advertised. The only thing lacking based on our other experiences was that the kitchen supplies were a little thin (cookie sheet, cooking spray, trash bags, etc) since we are sure many of these items are left behind after each rental. Overall a great experience and we recommend this house!

Great for a large group

We enjoyed our weekend getaway! The only hassle was the small driveway-the truck stuck partway out into the sidewalk and a sticker was placed on the window that was VERY hard to get off! Wish we would’ve known, but it all worked out and we had a great time at the house.

A great getaway!

First off the communication was fantastic! I always got fast responses and friendly. The home is huge and in great shape. I brought my 1 year old daughter with us and since we traveled there we weren’t able to bring some of things she usually would need, I thought I was going to have to make due but to my surprise the house had a baby gate, stroller and high chair. It made our stay so incredibly easier! The house was clean and had great info sheets about wifi, pool use, etc on the walls. I would 100% stay there again and would recommend to anyone to stay here. Lindsay help made our daughter’s first birthday easier and comfortable!

Great property. Great Host. The Air Conditioning System had a bit of a hiccup. I contacted the Property Manager and they sent a maintenance technician to fix it right away. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

Lots of space!

Our family of 13 recently stayed at this property. We loved it had so much room for 4 adult couples (we all got a king!) 4 teens and a baby. The rooms were nice size and a bathroom convenient to each. The pool was great and heated per our request. Lindsay was very responsive and very quick to respond to any questions. We had a great vacation!

Enjoyed our stay

Had a great week at the property with 16 family members. Lindsay and her team were great to work with. We had a few issues with the property in the beginning but they were quickly resolved. Response time was very timely all week and anything that needed to be taken care of or addressed was done in a timely manner. The team was very professional and a pleasure to work with. The family loved the pool and hot tub and the kitchen/dining area handled our large group quite well. All in all, a great experience.

Quick, weekend trip

Great place for the four of us soccer dads and our daughters . Plenty of room for the girls to relax. Kitchen was great. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms/showers for everyone. Only drawback is the LOUD neighborhood. First night, neighbors were throwing a rager until well after 1 am. Second night, neighbors were out on the sidewalk fighting at 3 am. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Even still, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Lindsay's rental property was just what we needed and even more spacious than I expected! Lindsay is a great host and responded quickly to any questions that I had. Her open communication was so helpful. She made my family feel comfortable and didn't add to any stress or unneccesary emotions, as we were in town for a funeral. Thank you Lindsay!
