House was great! Nice size, great neighborhood! Only complaints is they did not leave enough wash cloths/towels for the amount of people that stayed, no dish cloths/dish towels, no extra bedding and the dryer did not work. Minor inconveniences, so great stay overall!

The house is located in a quiet area and we never had any issues with noise from the neighbors. For anyone who has trouble walking upstairs, the only full bath is on the second floor and does not have a bathtub (all disclosed by owner).

Stayed here for Warped Tour in Orlando and had an awesome experience. The place was comfortable, well-kept, and in a great location. Check-in was easy, the host was responsive, and everything matched the listing. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the location and all of the room to spread out and the pool! It was perfect for our child's volleyball tournament at the convention center and then we spent a few fun days visiting Universal and we liked that it was close without being too close to the chaos.

Das Haus war schön, jedoch mit 1 TV fĂŒr die GrĂ¶ĂŸe zu wenig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war nicht sehr gut. Im Pool und im Sieb befanden sich tote Frösche, abgesunken am Boden. Der Host wurde darauf angesprochen: Antwort: ĂŒblich in Florida??? Bereits der Vormieter hat dies bemĂ€ngelt, was nicht auf ein konsequentes Hosting hinweist. Zu dem waren ein Zimmer sowie die Garage nicht nutzbar, da abgeschlossen. Desweiteren mangelte es an HandtĂŒchern und Geschirr. Wir wĂŒrden dieses Haus in diesem Zustand im Freundeskreis nicht weiter empfehlen. U.E. ist der Host Rusy nur auf Geld aber keine Investition aus. Wir haben schon viele HĂ€user in der Umgebung und in Kisseemee bewohnt. Dieses hier war mit Abstand der schlechteste Service. Love the house and location

We absoutely loved staying here. Great neighborhood and not far from where we were playing volleyball. The house was as described. My only complaint is that I didnt get the code to check in till 5pm check in day. I even checked w her on Saturday before we left on Monday and she told me i would get it the day of check in. I was really concerned since we drove 14 hours. The pool is awesome. The beds are comfortable. The air did go out because of a storm that Friday night. Contacted Ruthy and she was on it. Unfortunately it was a little warm that night. This was definitely out of her control. She had a ac technician out the next morning on a Saturday. Also, the outside trashcans were almost completely full when we arrived. Other than that we had a great time!! On the very last day the pool guy showed up unexpectedly and we were told we couldnt swim for 2 hours. My true and only real complaint is the check in process. I am a planner.

Good but Pool was invaded by Frogs

first I was arriving earley and check -in time is 5PM. I think that is very late. I was charged an extra 100 for early check in. I feel it should only have been between 50-60. The house is beautiful but the pool was not usable. There were MANY frogs in the pool. There was no skimmer available to scoop them out. Some of the frogs were dead and sunk to the bottom of the pool. If the screen doors on the Lanai get fixed so there is no gap on the bottom of the doors, I think that will stop the frog issue. I would stay there again, but would ask for the owner to fix those doors and provide a skimmer. The house is beautiful. My friends and I had a great time.

Definitely felt like someone's home

We had a great time on our family vacation here. The place felt clean and was comfortable. We had a short weekend, but while there we enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice to get into after a long day. Would definitely stay again.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The house was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed and more. The hosts clearly care about their guests’ comfort—every detail was well thought out, from cozy linens to a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, and we really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like a “mi casa es su casa” experience—comfortable, inviting, and hard to leave! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Nice home

We came to Orlando for a family gathering and this house was the perfect location to get to the events we had planned. The house was a decent size, the rooms were comfortable, and the pool was great! The only issue we had was the house was a little warm and we couldn’t control the air. The temp was set on 76 which to me is a little to warm for Florida and I would’ve like to be able to control the air myself, but other than that, wonderful house for family and or kids. There also isn’t a master bedroom. It was a locked room I believe was the master bedroom, but we did not have access to it. Other than that, great house and location
