nothing worked ice machines do not work hot tub dose not work cant get room clean but once every 3 days have to go to front desk to get new towels you still have to pay resort fees but don't receive any thing extra for them. I don't usually write a review but when you expect standard services and don't even get them for what you pay I was very disappointed this is not what they show you online the walls to the room are like paper thin you can almost make out everything the person next door is talking about

For the rate, it was more or less what we expected. Rooms were in rough shape with stains on the floor, couch, walls/ceiling, BUT the bed was clean and comfy. Pool looked clean but hot tub wasn't hot and water looked dirty. The Tiki bar at the pool though was great! Great food and drinks! Parking is really convenient and location is great if going to the parks!

I never got in the room. The keys wouldn’t work in the door lock and the whole place was in pretty bad shape. I decided to leave as it didn’t seem to be a clean, safe environment.

Affordable in a good way.
The stay was good. It was what I expected, in a good way. MiCasa is an older motel that could stand some renovation. But, was clean. The breakfast was fresh but limited. The tiki bar was an excellent value. Affordable and prepared on the spot. Ate there both nights.

Not a terrible place to stay, but not the best either. Relatively clean, but definitely run down. Loose tiles in the bathroom, shower didn't turn off and leaked the entire time, smoke alarm batteries died and started beeping in the middle of the night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hot tub was more like a luke warm tub, though that at least was warmer than the pool. Beautiful landscaping, well kept up grounds. Easy parking and very convenient to everything you might want
