Please note that the spa and pool are designed to share the same temperature. The spa is intended for relaxation and does not heat to a higher temperature than the pool.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

Just a short drive to Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, shopping, dining,
and Orlando International Airport. One to two hours from some of Florida’s best stunning
beaches. Mo Jo is perfectly situated to give you the best of both relaxation and adventure!

➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit and its amenities, including the private pool, spa, and game room. You’ll also enjoy access to the resort clubhouse and scenic lake view right across the street. Clubhouse resort amenities include a resort-style pool complete with water slide, lazy river, kids water playground and park playground, fitness center, volleyball and basketball courts, soccer field, sundry shop and video arcade, bar, and fireplace lounge which serves food for poolside dining. Please, make yourself at home.

1. Please contact me through the platform if you have any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for the next guests.

6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per each additional half-hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
