You can also enjoy resort amenities like a movie at the Resort theatre, sipping drinks at the tiki bar poolside, Mini-golf, tennis, playground, Ping-pong, hammocks, basketball or just seeing the little duck families waddling around the lake. The location and proximity to both Universal studios parks and Disney parks makes this Villa a perfect choice for any family trying to get to parks during their vacation.

House rules:

-No children are to be left unattended in and around the Villa pool and pool area. An adult must be present at all times.

-NO DIVING in private Villa pool or community pool.

-Hanging rattan chairs are not for swinging and are only for sitting (weight capacity 200lbs per chair). No more than one person sitting in each hanging chair at a time. Please supervise children around hanging chairs.

-No animals/pets allowed

-No parties or events allowed

-No smoking or vaping of any kind inside property (If this occurs there is a minimum $350 deodorizing charge)

-When running Air conditioner all windows and doors must be closed. The AC can break or sweat creating water damage to walls when AC is running, and the windows and doors are not closed. We have smart thermostat and sensors to help make sure this is followed but request you do your part.

- An accurate guest count must be given at time of booking.

-Please watch children. No drawing on furniture, walls, cabinets, linens etc. (Subject to additional cleaning charges or replacement costs)

-Please no oils on linens. This stains our linens and requires us to replace. (Subject to additional cleaning charges or replacement costs)
