Waterside Estates is a family friendly and safe community. The pet friendly neighborhood includes dog walking stations. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, entertainment and minutes away from major highways like 417- The Green Way and 528- The Beach Line... just 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and 45 minutes from the Space Coast!! Disney and Universal are 20-25 mins away. Home is fully equipped with a stocked kitchen to cook. Wifi throughout. Easy Check in and Check out.

This 2 bedroom home sleeps a family of 4 with two queen size beds. The home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen including pots, pans, utensils, plates, dish soap, paper towel, large and small appliances, etc; Laundry room; living room with flat screen TV and basic cable; and reliable and fast wifi.

Our vacation home is pet friendly and the back yard is completely fenced. Candles, incense or diffuser with essential oils is prohibited.

The house served our family's needs well for a week while visiting family. While we didn't bring a pet, the house had a great yard and amenities for a dog. The kitchen was set up well with a nice coffee and tea station. The beds were comfortable full-sized beds. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and soap which was a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I would highly recommend this rental for visiting UCF or nearby family and attractions.

SWEET LITTLE LAKE SIDE HOUSE WITH LOTS OF EXTRA CREATURE COMFORTS!

The property was a five star! We stayed 5 nights. We brought our miniature schnauzer and she loved the freedom of the fenced in area in back. The place was so well equipped, there was everything you would need and more!! The house was very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood.

Clean home in a quiet neighborhood

Very nice home with a lovely view of a lake right from the backyard. The home was clean and had nice amenities. The beds and pillows were comfortable, which was important since we were out most of the day and needed a good night's rest. Communication with the host was very easy. She responded very quickly. We would stay again.

UCF Graduation

We came to town for our daughter’s graduation at UCF. The property is in a nice neighborhood and the patio with the lake view was relaxing and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped which allowed me to cook for my daughter’s graduation party. This was well worth it and so much better than staying at a hotel near campus which by the way were way more . I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a getaway

We stayed here for about 4 days. Upon arrival, the security system was armed and we were not provided a code, so, the alarm sirens went off after we entered. I couldn’t get the owner on the phone right away, fortunately, the neighbor was able to get in contact with the owner and get the alarm turned off after a several minutes. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. It had nearly everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and pillows were perfect for a good night's sleep. The cable tv had many options to watch. The bathrooms were very tidy and had some essentials there for guests. It's a nice open floor plan. Plenty of towels, toilet paper and trash bags available. The house sits on a small lake which offered a really nice view. The only suggestions I have for the homeowner is a Full Length mirror for getting ready, the master bathroom did not have sink drain covers which could be a problem and some additional extra blankets in the house, as it did get chilly and the bedspread was thin (we're Floridians, we get cold easily. lol). The house temp ranged between 66-71 degrees. The VRBO is located on the east side of town. It's close to the 417, which is convenient for getting around town. It's also very close to Publix, Starbucks, Wawa and McDonalds. It's a short drive to Waterford Lakes and UCF. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this rental to anyone going to Orlando for vacation. It's a nice Home Away from Home.

Quiet getaway

This is a very nice house in a very calm, quiet, peaceful neighborhood in Orlando. I don’t think the pictures do it justice for how much space the house has. The house is very accommodating for pet owners.

This was the most perfect place for our Orlando get away to visit family. A very well kept, clean and spacious house with a serene back yard. Our dog enjoyed the backyard to the fullest.
